Because tomorrow is such a gruesome day here in the CatBox, I want to spend as much time as I can in bed today. I just finished my video conference with the doctor. Dr. DeMeester has me tentatively scheduled for an operation to install a stent a week from tomorrow. I need a Trump* virus test by Mon. I’m trying to find a way to get that. Happy Hump Day!

It’s another tired painful day here in the CatBox. I called Evelyn’s office, and she is referring me to a surgeon to place an esophageal stent. I hope to know more about the timing on Monday. It’s a busy, exhausted day here in the CatBox. Yesterday’s test infusion went as exspected. However, I did get some news that may be good. I had thought that my difficulty eating was a sign that my esophageal cancer is getting worse. That may be true. However, if my immune system is attacking the tumor, which is how this drug is supposed to work, it could cause the tumor to swell, just as any wound swells when one’s immune system is healing it. So my trouble eating could also be a sign that the drug is working. Time will tell. Either way, if if the tumor closes to the extent that I cannot eat, I’ll have to get a stent quickly. Tomorrow Deborah is coming for my routine doctor visit. What I do tomorrow will depend on how long that takes and how I feel. This is my only article today. Have a fine day. Last night on the way home from my cancer treatment my eyes stung, and the sky was orange-brown. I could look directly at the sun, and it was red. WWWendy was worried that she might have to evacuate. She had been notified that her house is in a Level 1 area. Thank God she didn’t have to go! I can see from my window that we still have heavy smoke, but the wind has abated, so that will help the firefighters. The extreme severity of the wildfires this year is a result of how the Republican Reich ignores climate change and opposes green energy. RESIST!!

It’s a hectic day, here in the CatBox. I’m feeling a bit under the weather, so I decided to take the day to work on some end of life tasks. I closed out our PayPal account and between that and some savings, I paid for our Domain and Hosting Expenses through August, 2025. I feel relieved and peaceful in the knowledge that JD, Lona, Lynn, and Nameless (listed alphabetically) will able to operate PP for a long, long time without having to spend their own money to do so. I also elevated Lona to full Administrator, since her situation has allowed her to post again. Also, I arranged for Kitty Kremation. Also, because Trump* has virtually destroyed the NFL season, and I no longer have the energy to keep track of the mess, I decided to disband our Fantasy Football league, may the Holy Ellipsoid Orb forgive me my heinous sin of so doing! I’ll be back in the saddle tomorrow. Happy Hump Day.

The Showdown at Chicken Liver Gulch:
Yesterday, there was some hilarity here. At my request WWWendy sautéed and gooped some chicken livers. Now Wendy’s opinion of liver is considerably worse than my opinion of Trump*. It was delicious, and I had some for lunch with guacamole, aka goopamole. I often feed her bites of goopamole, when I eat it, so I did so yesterday. I had teasingly asked her if she’d like a bite of liver to see the strength of her NO! So when I offered her the goopamole, she decided that I was using goopamole to hide the liver underneath. Although I have never done anything mean to her, it took me several minutes to convince her that I would not do such a thing, and she enjoyed the goopamole. In fact, I was so considerate that I gargled with Listerine, so I could hug her goodbye without liver on my breath. It was so good, I had more for breakfast.

The Washington Post first obtained the previously unreleased transcripts and audio from Mary Trump, author of a recent bombshell book about the President and one of his most outspoken critics. Mary Trump, who has said that Donald Trump is unfit to be president and has voiced support for his rival Joe Biden, revealed to the Post that she had secretly taped 15 hours of face-to-face conversations with Barry in 2018 and 2019.

Note that for the second time, criminal Fuhrer Trump* has stolen FEMA funds to pay for his scams. First, he did so in 2019 to pay for the wall that never happened.
