It’s an insane day here in the CatBox. I’m gradually learning to the computer in my new digs, which is jar more difficult than it appears. Please give me time. I think I can link to a puzzle but haven’t learned to subscribe in email yet. Issues with the room ale leaving me lots of pain, but the staff are great. I’m thoroughly pleased. There are multiple scenarios possible here, none of which looks good for Cornyn. (Ms. Clarke has been nominated to head the DOJ Civil Rights Division.)

We have the computer up and running again, but due to a significant amount of pain and discomfort I will not be online today. May take me a few days to be up and running again. I will be back online as soon as I can. Hopefully within 3 or 4 days.
Good news that everything is in place. Helpful to know we must not expect new posts from TC too soon – and that we must not panic.

Blast form the Past – Yes, I know this would not be till tomorrow anyway, and this year it’s not for another month plus a couple of days, but you didn’t really think I was going to play “My Heart Will Go On,” did you?
As I type, it is only about 10:30 am in Portland – which would have been more than enough time for TC to have posted normally, but quite possibly not enough time for a computer tech to have arrived, or, having arrived, to have finished. I’m going to put up the video thread early and wait before putting up a placeholder.
I know I’ve been kind of pushing Glenn Kirschner, and his videos run longish (this one is 9 minutes), but he is so articulate and really knows the Constitution, I find every second I spend with him is educational and profitable. The Fourth Amendment, people.
