First it was just Christine Blasey Ford, and Republicans said that the could not hold up the confirmation of Pervert Kavanookie, based on one lone accuser.  Then came Deborah Ramirez, and she did not deserve to heard, over the choir boy who was a virgin for years afterward, and who never took a drink.  Now Julie Swetnick has joined the fray, and she is just part of a vile attack on their pervert.  What BS!

Now we have the most shocking allegation yet, courtesy of Michael Avenatti, known to the world as Stormy Daniels’s lawyer. Today, Avenatti released an affidavit from his client, a woman named Julie Swetnick, who says she attended parties with Kavanaugh as a high school student. The behavior Swetnick describes Kavanaugh, his friend Mark Judge and other boys engaging in ranges from the distasteful to the horrific…\

…Swetnick alleges that she attended “well over ten house parties … where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present,” and that she witnessed Kavanaugh both “‘grinding’ against girls, and attempting to remove or shift girls’ clothing to expose private body parts” and being verbally abusive toward them. She describes him as a “mean drunk.”

This is consistent with the account of Kavanaugh’s freshman roommate at Yale University, who said in a statement, “although Brett was normally reserved, he was a notably heavy drinker, even by the standards of the time, and that he became aggressive and belligerent when he was very drunk.”

Then comes the most explosive part of Swetnick’s affidavit. She says it was known that Judge, Kavanaugh and others would spike the punch at these parties with grain alcohol or drugs to make girls inebriated, and that the boys, including Kavanaugh, would “‘target’ particular girls so they could be taken advantage of; it was usually a girl that was especially vulnerable because she was alone at the party or shy.”

This echoes the New Yorker’s account of Deborah Ramirez, a college classmate of Kavanaugh’s who was described by others as similarly vulnerable when she got to Yale, someone who felt a little out of place among the sons and daughters of the elite.

Swetnick goes on:

“I also witnessed efforts by Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh and others to cause girls to become inebriated and disoriented so they could then be ‘gang raped’ in a side room or bedroom by a ‘train’ of numerous boys. I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms and many of these parties waiting for their ‘turn’ with a girl inside the room. These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh.

In approximately 1982, I became the victim of one of these ‘gang’ or ‘train’ rapes where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present. Shortly after the incident, I shared what had transpired with at least two other people. During the incident, I was incapacitated without my consent and unable to fight off the boys raping me. I believe I was drugged using Quaaludes or something similar placed in what I was drinking.”…

Republicans want to cram a vote through the Judiciary Committee on Friday.  Jeff Merkley [D-OR] is asking a federal judge for an injunction to stop the process, because the Republican Reich is preventing advice and consent.  Oregon leads the way.

A couple days ago, Bought Bitch Mitch (R-KY) promised a fair hearing for both Dr. Blasey and Pervert Kavanookie, after which the Pervert would be confirmed to take his seat on SCROTUS (Republican Unconstitutional VD).  A day later, after Michael Avenatti started talking, Bought Bitch Mitch could promise only an up or down vote for him.  Can Pervert Kavanookie survive?

Michael Avenatti said Monday night that he has new information regarding allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

Avenatti, the lawyer also representing adult film star Stormy Daniels who is suing President Donald Trump, said on CNN’s “Cuomo Prime Time” that he has multiple clients and “at least one” is prepared to come forward publicly within the next 48 hours.

He did not provide any evidence for his claims, which he is making as Kavanaugh faces a confirmation vote in the Senate.

“At this point, Chris, it’s clients. We’re going to make a public disclosure within the next 48 hours of detailed allegations, as well as the identity of at least one of my clients relating to what she witnessed and experienced concerning Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge, and ultimately we’re going to let the American public decide who’s telling the truth,” Avenatti told CNN’s Chris Cuomo.

Avenatti had previously alluded to representing an additional accuser who would be coming forward soon. In an interview with Fox News earlier Monday, Kavanaugh vehemently denied allegations Avenatti alluded to on Twitter…  [emphasis added]

The nature of the charges become clear in the email Avenatti sent the Senate Judiciary Committee.

…“We are aware of significant evidence of multiple house parties in the Washington, D.C. area in the early 1980’s during which Brett Kavanaugh, Mark Judge and others participated in targeting of women with alcohol/drugs in order to allow a “train” of men to subsequently gang rape them. There are multiple witnesses that will corroborate these facts and each of them must be called to testify publicly. As a starting point, investigators should pose the following questions to Judge Kavanaugh without delay and provide the answers to the American people.”

1. Did you ever target one or more women for sex or rape at a house party? Did you ever assist Mark Judge or others in doing so?

2. Did you ever attend a house party at which a woman was being gang raped or targeted for sex by multiple men?

3. Did you ever witness a line of men outside a bedroom in any house where you understood a woman in the bedroom was being raped or taken advantage of?

4. Did you ever participate in sexual conduct with a woman at a house party whom you understood to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs?

5. Did you ever communicate with Mark Judge or anyone else about your participation in a “train” involving an intoxicated woman?

6. Did you ever object or attempt to prevent any man from participating in the rape or taking advantage of a woman at any of the house parties?…

The first article mentioned that Pervert Kavanookie went on the Republican Reichsministry of Propaganda, Faux Noise, to plead his pitiful case.  Lawrence O’Donnell has that story, and excerpts that make the truth obvious.

The calm, polished demeanor that had become the Pervert’s trademark is gone.  What’s left is just a pervert that still has his pants around his ankles, when the light is coming on.

Can Pervert Kavanookie survive?  If Avenatti has what he says he does, the Pervert won’t be confirmed.

Pervert Kavanookie became even more Trump-like yesterday, in that he has another victim and probably two more claiming #METOO.  At Yale, he stuck his penis in the face of fellow law student Deborah Ramirez.  She had to touch it to shove it away, a big deal for a young Catholic virgin.  Both Senate Democrats and Republicans learned about it last week.  The Democrats waited, out of respect for the victim, until she was sure.  The Republicans went into high gear to try to intimidate Christine and get their Pervert confirmed before additional victims could muddy the waters.

[A]s Senate Republicans press for a swift vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh, President Trump’s nominee to the Supreme Court, Senate Democrats are investigating a new allegation of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh. The claim dates to the 1983-84 academic school year, when Kavanaugh was a freshman at Yale University. The offices of at least four Democratic senators have received information about the allegation, and at least two have begun investigating it. Senior Republican staffers also learned of the allegation last week and, in conversations with The New Yorker, expressed concern about its potential impact on Kavanaugh’s nomination. Soon after, Senate Republicans issued renewed calls to accelerate the timing of a committee vote. The Democratic Senate offices reviewing the allegations believe that they merit further investigation. “This is another serious, credible, and disturbing allegation against Brett Kavanaugh. It should be fully investigated,” Senator Mazie Hirono, of Hawaii, said. An aide in one of the other Senate offices added, “These allegations seem credible, and we’re taking them very seriously. If established, they’re clearly disqualifying.”

The woman at the center of the story, Deborah Ramirez, who is fifty-three, attended Yale with Kavanaugh, where she studied sociology and psychology. Later, she spent years working for an organization that supports victims of domestic violence. The New Yorker contacted Ramirez after learning of her possible involvement in an incident involving Kavanaugh. The allegation was conveyed to Democratic senators by a civil-rights lawyer. For Ramirez, the sudden attention has been unwelcome, and prompted difficult choices. She was at first hesitant to speak publicly, partly because her memories contained gaps because she had been drinking at the time of the alleged incident. In her initial conversations with The New Yorker, she was reluctant to characterize Kavanaugh’s role in the alleged incident with certainty. After six days of carefully assessing her memories and consulting with her attorney, Ramirez said that she felt confident enough of her recollections to say that she remembers Kavanaugh had exposed himself at a drunken dormitory party, thrust his penis in her face, and caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away. Ramirez is now calling for the F.B.I. to investigate Kavanaugh’s role in the incident. “I would think an F.B.I. investigation would be warranted,” she said.

Furthermore, it’d quite apparent that Mark Judge’s denials in support of his partner in abuse were lies.

Ford’s allegation has made Judge a potentially pivotal witness for Kavanaugh. Judge told The New Yorker that he had “no recollection” of such an incident. Judge, who is a conservative writer, later gave an interview to The Weekly Standard in which he called Ford’s allegation “just absolutely nuts,” adding, “I never saw Brett act that way.” Asked by the interviewer whether he could remember any “sort of rough-housing with a female student back in high school” that might have been “interpreted differently by parties involved,” Judge told the publication, “I can’t. I can recall a lot of rough-housing with guys.” He added, “I don’t remember any of that stuff going on with girls.”

After seeing Judge’s denial, Elizabeth Rasor, who met Judge at Catholic University and was in a relationship with him for about three years, said that she felt morally obligated to challenge his account that “ ‘no horseplay’ took place at Georgetown Prep with women.” Rasor stressed that “under normal circumstances, I wouldn’t reveal information that was told in confidence,” but, she said, “I can’t stand by and watch him lie.” In an interview with The New Yorker, she said, “Mark told me a very different story.” Rasor recalled that Judge had told her ashamedly of an incident that involved him and other boys taking turns having sex with a drunk woman. Rasor said that Judge seemed to regard it as fully consensual. She said that Judge did not name others involved in the incident, and she has no knowledge that Kavanaugh participated. But Rasor was disturbed by the story and noted that it undercut Judge’s protestations about the sexual innocence of Georgetown Prep. (Barbara Van Gelder, an attorney for Judge, said that he “categorically denies” the account related by Rasor. Van Gelder said that Judge had no further comment.)… [emphasis added]

To add to the mix, Stormy Daniels attorney Michael Avanatti tweeted Sunday night "I represent a woman with credible information regarding Judge Kavanaugh and Mark Judge." That woman, he said in a follow-up tweet "is not Deborah Ramirez." He says he and his client will "be demanding the opportunity to present testimony to the committee and will likewise be demanding that Judge and others be subpoenaed to testify. The nomination must be withdrawn."… [emphasis added]
