  1. GK#1: AND, as seen at the gym, yesterday, T. Carlsonturd was berating the general for subverting TOT’s presidency. (Like TOT, this T.C. knows no bottom!)  “…to disobey unlawful orders.”  Carlson, apparently does not know the difference, or does not care.  So, Milley is a patriot, not Carlsonturd!
GK#2: We can not “Move on” without tipping over into the depths of destruction of our Democracy!  And, she called him “Captain America!”  Cool!  It was nice to hear that Mr. zip Ties has flipped!!!
ROF: Like his guy pal, TOT, Carlson takes no responsibility…it’s all (someone else’s) fault.
    RR: So far batting 100%.
DU: why do I have to see this POS spout his garbage?!
Pokey: So neat!  I saw a video, some years ago, about a couple of British women who fostered young kittens, and said that if a cat is not exposed to humans very early in life, it may never become domesticated.
Beau: “It means we’re winning.”  Cool!

    • “[I]f a cat is not exposed to humans very early in life, it may never become domesticated.”

True.  But there are exceptions  I have a couple of videos on such exceptions, in cone case two videos from different time frames on the sme cat.  I just can’t post them all at once.  But remember the name “Grandpa Mason.”  (And have a hanky.)

  2. General Mark Milley Was Prepared to Stop Trump’s Attempted Coup

Well, there’s no CC – but I’ll let my post speak for me.

    The Urgency of The Moment

This has CC – but I think my post speaks for me.

Tucker Carlson Gets Schooled By His First Grade Teacher After Lying

First, just how much “politics” is even able to be worked into a first grade classroom?

“See Dick run.  Run, Nixon, run.”

Second, why do Rethuglicans always – ALWAYS – have to portray themselves as being the victim?  Especially someone born with a silver spoon up his … errrr … in his mouth.

    The Inflation Scare

Well, I hope Reich is right.

Will Trump Leave the Republican Party?

I thought Donnie WAS the Rethuglican Party.

(But I’m not sure how anyone can decipher anything he says when he just starts rambling incoherently.  Which he always does unless he’s reading from a Teleprompter that someone else wrote for him.)

Maybe I should have carried Nike around in a papoose so we could have bonded more.

“giddy like a schoolgirl” over corporate tokens

Like someone commented: Probably a good thing when corporations are making progressive overtures.  Means they realize the demographic they are trying to reach – those 18-34 y/o – are also more progressive.

  3. JM #1: As you may have gathered, I’m not a great fan of anything military, but I can appreciate the integrity of a general Milley. But it never came to stopping Trump’s coup, so the point is a little moot.

JM #2:More passionate indeed and finally urging the DOJ to indict Trump on any of the many crimes he committed. He even hands them a roadmap on how to proceed. If the DOJ is short on resources then Biden should oblige and give the DOJ more.

ROF: I don’t think Tucker Carlson was such a nice sensitive boy in first grade if he now blames his nastiness on seeing his teacher cry at her desk once. Like most kids at that age, he probably had a crush on his teacher which, of course, was not answered. His bottomless vindictiveness now has him blame her colourful clothing for what exactly?

RR: The GQP is running out of scapegoats to blame so now it’s back to inflation again to divert people from the real problems.

DU: When the DOJ indictments against the Former Guy start coming in, the GQP will be very happy to hear that he’s starting his own party. They then blame it all on him and play the innocent victim in the hope they won’t get dragged down along with him while retaining their hold on their base.

Dodo: Pokey and his kittens are just adorable. He reminds me both in looks and behaviour of Mischa, a stray that had adopted me and became the “father” of all the cats that ended up in the household during his lifetime. He got along with all of them and brought peace whenever two of them were in strife.

Beau: He’s absolutely right to get giddy whenever a corporation makes a progressive change, however small. “It means we’re winning.” I know what Beau’s about; I get giddy whenever a corporation, especially an energy giant, takes on the “We’re cutting down our CO2 output and going for durable” even when it is so obviously meant to make them more money or keep them from going under. This means we’re winning, despite a climate-denying government.

  4. ROF – Bingo.  Phony then.  Phony now.+

Beau – Bingo.  Hearts and minds are our real target always.
