You would think that Kellyanne Conway has lost enough battles to have learned not to violate the “First Rule of Holes: If You’re In One, STOP DIGGING!”

But you would be wrong!

We’ve all recently learned how the children of at least 50 powerful people and celebrities, like Lori Laughlin and Felicity Huffman, participated in a fraud scandal by buying their kids’ way into elite colleges.

Well, Kellyanne unwisely decided to take a cheap shot at those liberal Hollywood celebrities.

Well, the Twittersphere would have none of it, and immediately took her to task:

Here is the one hundred fifty-fourth article in our Republicans on Parade series, featuring individuals who personify what the Republican Party has become. Today’s winner is Republican Supply-side pseudo-Christian, Secretary of Reich, Mike Pompeo. He is so honored for holding a press conference, in which he banned reporters from media he did not consider sufficiently “faith based”.

0324PompeoThe State Department not only barred reporters from nonreligious outlets from covering a briefing call about international religious freedom with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Monday but also refused to release a list of people who participated in the event or even a transcript of what Pompeo said, according to CNN.

CNN reported that only “faith-based media” were allowed to take part in the event and that the State Department wouldn’t answer questions “about whether a range of faiths was included.” Pompeo adheres to a fervent brand of evangelical Christianity and once characterized politics as “a never-ending struggle … until the rapture.”…

…In a statement to CNN, a State Department spokesperson justified barring reporters from Monday’s event by characterizing it as “designed” for “audience-specific media,” as opposed to “[d]epartment press briefings, teleconferences on a myriad of policy issues, briefings and sprays by the Secretary of State and other officials” that are open to all media outlets…

Because of Pompeo considers the world as a jihad between good (people who share hid pseudo-Christian heresy) and evil (everyone else), I doubt that anyone with other than pseudo-believers were invited.

Watch how he squirmed when Corey Booker grilled him during the confirmation process.

 

Any Republican that briefs select media only deserves a parade.

From Huffington Post: Democrats in Congress are gearing up for a fight to ensure that special counsel Robert Mueller’s findings are made public, calling for the release of the full report.

On Friday, Mueller submitted his report to Attorney General William Barr, who now has to determine what to do with the conclusions from the 22-month investigation that resulted in charges against 34 people. As a start, he is expected to send lawmakers a summary of the findings as early as Sunday.

Democrats are pushing for transparency on the report, pressuring Barr to release as much information as possible. 

“Now that Special Counsel Mueller has submitted his report to the Attorney General, it is imperative for Mr. Barr to make the full report public and provide its underlying documentation and findings to Congress,” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) said in a joint statement. 

We all deserve a chance to know all the details possible, without compromising either ongoing investigations or intelligence community sources and methods. I’m tired of watching “experts” analyze the contents of an unopened, unlabeled container. RESIST!!

American and Israeli luminaries will speak, including Israel’s prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, Vice President Mike Pence, Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Mr. Netanyahu’s main challenger in Israel’s election next month, Benny Gantz. It will wrap up on Tuesday with a “lobbying day,” when thousands of activists will flock to Capitol Hill to press Aipac’s legislative agenda.

I hope thousands of Authentic Jews, Authentic Christians, Authentic Muslims and Authentic others flock to Capitol Hill to oppose the legislative agenda of AIPUKE’s pseudo-Jews and pseudo-Christians. RESIST!!

From The New Yorker: Vice-President Mike Pence has requested that Jesus Christ rapture him up before the special counsel Robert Mueller can indict him, a source close to Pence confirmed on Friday.

Shortly after the former national-security adviser Michael Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the F.B.I., Pence contacted Jesus to discuss the early rapture proposal, the source said.

The source characterized Pence’s request to be raptured up as “urgent” but did not indicate whether the Vice-President asked Jesus to rapture up any other senior Administration officials.

Dang Andy! Mueller has no indictment for Pence. Also, Republicans don’t rapture. They crapture in a down direction. RESIST!!

I agree that Trump is trying to influence Israel’s election here.  I’m sure that both Trump and Netanyahu would scream about anti-Semitism and Fake News.  That’s a lie.

J Street, the good alternative to AIPUKE, is both pro-Israel and Pro-peace.  They say Trump is handing yet another political gift to Prime Minister Netanyahu in the hopes of boosting his chances for re-election next month.

From Daily Kos: Police misconduct in California is about to come under a powerful spotlight. Not just one news organization but 33 of them have announced they’ll be focusing on “rogue police officers” and their departments, and rather than go it alone, the news outlets are joining forces.

The organizations, which include the Los Angeles Times, KQED, the Southern California News Group, and the Sacramento Bee, will be aided by a new police transparency law in the state—and by their strength in numbers.

This needs to be done nationwide. For far too long, criminal cops move down the road and go back to work, whenever they are caught and fired. RESIST!!

Mississippi is only the latest state to press for the strict abortion limit — the sort that has already been passed and then blocked in the courts in states including Kentucky, which approved it earlier this month, and Iowa, where a law passed last year was struck down by a state court in January. About 10 other states also are debating bills to ban abortions once fetal heartbeats are found, a point at which some women and girls are not yet aware that they are pregnant.

If this makes it to SCROTUS (Republican Unconstitutional VD), Injustice Pervert Kava-Nazi may well to drive the final nail in the coffin of Roe v. Wade. We need to win the Senate and impeach him for perjury during his confirmation hearings. RESIST!!
