That’s really not that unusual for Denver (if it gets to, say, mid-January and still no snow, I’;ll definitely raise an eyebrow or two.) But in any case, snow in Denver doesn’t help build the snowpack, which is what is needed. The snow needs to be up on the Divide, at the watersheds, in order to supply the rivers. And it ain’t happening.
