  1. Why Trump’s Frivolous Executive Privilege Lawsuit Will Fail

Because your desk is NOT in the Oval Office anymore – it’s in Moron-Lardo, you idiot.

Adam Schiff On Jan. 6 Vote To Hold Bannon In Contempt

Good quote by Rep. Schiff: “We’re not messing around here.”

(But I’d be happier with quicker)

Was This SCOTUS Judge Working With Jan 6th Coup Plotter?

Almost assuredly – at least in some manner or form.

Republicans Are Terrified That Trump Will Destroy The Party Next Year

Not so sure there is a “republican Party” anymore.  It’s the “Trump Cult Party” now.

    Native America HD

Well, Ricky Santorum is always “frothing” about something.

To All the Americans Leaving Their Jobs

Income inequality is one of the major problems that needs correcting … AND NOW!

    …  update on Biden’s wind-power push…

I’d love to see America start getting a huge amount of energy from wind.

(If it only didn’t cause cancer … </snark>)

  2. JM: Oh yes, the lawsuit will fail and it won’t help TFG at all but it allowed him to stall the process indefinitely. And every day he or his cronies isn’t brought to justice the GQP becomes stronger and America’s democracy is further undermined.

MSNBC: Schiff makes it very clear that the Jan 6 Committee is serious in showing Trump orchestrated the attack and how he still is pulling the strings.

TH: I’m sure he was one way or another.

ROF: Let’s be honest here; Mike Papantonio on the one hand states that Republicans are afraid TFG will kill off any of their candidate’s chances to be elected with his toxic endorsements but on the other hand states that the Democrats need to pass their Build Back Better Act along with a companion Infrastructure Bill, even if it is slimmed down drastically, to have a chance in next year’s midterms.

PRU: Sums up adequately why native Americans should want nothing to do with Republicans. But beware, the carry-over effect of this ad to Democrats is enormous. Why would they want to have anything to do with white politics?

LR: Wow, one of Trae’s better always-eloquent rants. Love you right back, Trae.

Beau: The Dutch have been generating energy from the wind for centuries with their windmills and now are doing so extensively with the new-generation electricity-generating windmills, so this Dutchwoman can only advise Americans to go for it. Better hurry up, though, and make these generators extremely sturdy so that they can withstand the extreme wind surges, superstorms and tornado’s climate change has produced and will produce in excess when the temperature increases by more than 1.0 degrees and edges towards the 1.5-degree limit above which life will become unlivable for too many. This is another reason why those wind turbines should be ready by 2024.

    • Civil suita are not as easly stalled as criminal ones. And some judges are beginning to get very tired of him.

I think Papantonio is advocating a belt-and-suspenders approach. But that may be becuse I’m a belt-and=suspenders person.

Sage advice on wind. I do hope that ask people who have experience before jumping in.

  3. Comment from Mitch –

GK: Dumpy files law suits like a businessman puts on a suit.  He wants no evidence to see the light of day, and he wants to play his “Tie it all upin the courts…forever,” game.
MSNBC:  I am interested in knowing when the contempt charge(es) will be sent to the DOJ.
    TH: OF COURSE HE WILL!
    ROF: Go, Donny Boy!
    NAHD: One Good Piece!
LR: “The latter” can just go to hell.
Beau: We are behind ever since Bastard Reagan re,moved Carter’s solar panels from the W.H.
    Mitch
