MT: They cut the adjective he used to describe her, but when she goes after someone that should make them “Hero for the day!”
Rachel: UNBELIEVABLE! Even more of “Whatever TOT touches goes to the crapper!”
Beau: I both do, and do not, wish this movement success. I would like to see it fail, and the GOP go the way of the Dod bird. I would like to see it succeed, and create a party that is not beholden to the Koch types, the MI complex, BIGGGGGG MONEY, the religious right, or Biblical cherry-picking; actually Biblical anything. But, that’s just me.
JM: I can’t quite follow Kirschner’s jump from a COVID Fraud Task Force to Jarred Kuschner. I remember that Jarred was appointed head of the COVID task force – or something like it – by dear father-in-law and I immediately assumed that appointment intended to give dear son-in-law- some much-needed financial aid. I can’t remember any specific criminal actions though – apart from not giving any COVID aid to anyone.
MT: By far the worst…what?
KP: Katie Porter does a splendid job and it’s about time that other Representatives did what she did. They simply have to do their homework, read the yearly reports firms put out and gather the numbers that support their case, not the firms, and then confront them – and America – with the truth those companies want us to forget about. It’s so damned effective.
MSNBC: It is sad it needs a reporter to write a book before people start to realize that agencies, that should operate independently from politics to guaranty the safety of politicians in office and of people in general, are so politically corrupted that they are unfit for the job at hand.
Beau: Let’s hope they get on with it before the GQP regroups and pushes any dissenters out. They need to have their party going before that happens. With two parties, the voters will be split on presidential elections. which will favour Democrats. In Congress, the new and old Republican party will need to compromise and form coalitions; it is likely that the new party will work together with Democrats and less with Republicans.
I’m pretty sure he meant “the worst Fox host.” I’m not sure I agree, but it’s a stiff competition
