Real Glenn Kirschner on Sixth Amendment Rights vs. Fifth Amendment Rights – about 13 minute but pertinent way betond just this trial.

politicsrus – “Justice on Trial” The narrative is all shown written, withe a music background. /there are a few speakers whose words are not captioned. I got a transcription of those quotes, and I’ll include time stamp where they occur.

[0:17] Our loyalty is not to South Africa; it is to South Africans. In the south, Africans are majority black and they are being excoriated.
[0:35] We are not going to [unintelligible]
[1:02] Check his pulse … check his pulse
[1:46] You cannot [keep people] deep down, marginalized, threatened, and kill people, and think we ain’t gonna stand up then eventually.

Now This News – it’s not on loop, it just repeats the intro at the end.

Republican Accountability Project

Ring of Fire – Yeah – state employees (including my bestie) have known for years this was going to happen – it was just a matter of when. But who listens to peons who actually know what they are talking about?

We really need to stop fooling with Mother Nature. She fights back aggressively.

  1. JM: Bit of a problem for the prosecution here, as I understand it. They seemed to be pushed into giving Hall immunisation, which leaves them open to him telling a pack of lies they can’t prosecute him for. Immunisation will turn Hall from a hostile witness into a very friendly witness for Chauvin and all his buddies at the bureau. Then it is on the prosecution again to convince the jury that Hall is indeed lying. It’s a nasty game of Stratego that has little to do with justice for Floyd.

PRU: Of course, I can’t speak for Nameless and others who couldn’t hear the well-chosen, powerful music (Biko by Peter Gabriel) but this video didn’t need much subtitling with that running in the background.

NTN: Kudos to Don Lemon, but where was he during the 4-year reign-of-terror?

RAP: These ads don’t seem to work well. Greene said she raised an eye-popping $3.2 million in the first three months of 2021 from what she said was more than 100,000 donors nationwide. Let’s hope that’s a figment of her imagination too.

ROF: Regulation never was America’s strongpoint until Obama put his stamp on it, to have it annihilated again by the former guy. This was an accident waiting to happen, as was the lead in Flint’s drinking water and…goodness knows how many terrible disasters are waiting to happen after the former guy’s cancel-anything-that’s-Omama’s culture.

NTN2: Good job, Jesse Johnson! You left me with one question, though. Why did these bees try to relocate in this particular car?

Beau: As always, interesting to hear some inside knowledge on this. Let’s hope someone among the prosecutor’s staff picks up on Beau’s reasoning when the defence comes up with the same old expert maintaining positional asphyxiation doesn’t exist.

  2. Thanks JD. 35

    I can’t respond, because I can’t hear the videos.

  3. Chauvin’s Right to Call Witness vs. Witness Right Against Self-Incrimination

Intriguing battle between the 5th and 6th Amendments.  It’ll be interesting to see the resolution to this dilemma.

    Trump ‘King of Cancel Culture’

I HATE the phrase ‘Cancel Culture’ – when it really is “CONSEQUENCES Culture”.

You don’t get to suppress/deny Americans their right to vote, and then NOT expect some consequences.

What Marjorie Taylor Greene Stands For

Well, of course she stands w/ Matt Gaetz …

Swarm of Bees Takes Over Car

    YIKES!

  4. Team Justice: A good, imho, synopsis of that situation.
    PRU: Indeed!
NT: The GOP was never the party of family values, they simply pretended to be, and Trump never cared about ANY values, and still does not, he just spreads that bull shit that seems most convenient, at THIS (any) moment.
RAP: She needs to go to some kind of nursery school for raging lunatics.
ROF: How many Fl. governors allowed this to be sat upon?  This might, on the brighter side, just kill DeSantis’ ,  chances to be nominated for president.  Can you imagine the entire Tampa Bay glowing radioactively, and for how long? Yeah, there’s a little hype thrown in there, but consider the real economic damage, as it goes radio-active.
NT: Thank goodness for Jesse Johnson!  Bees relocate their hives on a regular basis, are just looking for a home.    No, I’d not be happy to have them choose my car, but given how endangered they are, once again, thank goodness for Jesse Johnson.
Beau: Does he print his own tee-shirts?  What is with that?  NOT that I’m complaining, mind you.  This trial is a major cultural issue, and if this “Bad apple” does not get removed, I fear for the consequences, big time.

    • Some of his T-shirts I think he does print, like the one that says “3v0lv3.”  He does have merch and I’m pretty sure that’s there.  But I think the Disney princess ones are straight from Disney.  Then there are some – “I am the dissident your government warned you about” – “In walks weirdo” – I honestly don’t know.

  5. Love Glenn Kirschner…and all the other videos, too…
