Most of these are debate related. I have more which aren’t. I’ll eventually get them in without drowning us in them, I promise.

American Bridge

The Lincoln Project

Republican Voters Against Trump

Robert Reich (almost 10 minutes)

This is from September 23, so I am late posting it. But that doesn’t really matter.

  1. All good videos!  I want to know what was going through Wallace’s head after Pres. Clown’s performance.
Beau is so spot-on, as usual.  I think back to the first of the Yamal Peninsula methane bursts from the once aptly named “permafrost,” and call it a signal from the tipping point.

    • Near the end, Wallace had managed to shut Trump* up long enough to ask Joe to speak and Trump* had been so far out Joe more or less had to ash what what the question.  Before telling him, Wallace said, “I’m having a little trouble myself.”  Not, you understand, that it was worth sitting through 90 minutes just to her that exchange.

  2. I had not seen Republicans Voters Against Trump’s video “Why Won’t Trump Condemn White Nationalists?”

    It truly is EXCELLENT!

  3. All excellent videos, Joanne, with the exception of A Zoo Story which was rather beneath the usual excellence the Lincoln Project brings to their videos.

    • Aw, they just reverted to their Republican amygdala.  And since their ads are really aimed at Republicans (who communicate the same way), I’m giving them a huge pass.  (Even though it is indeed a libel on simians.)

  4. Ari Melber discusses the 29/09/2020 “presidential debate” (let’s be clear that was not a debate and it was anything but presidential!) with Michael Cohen, Anthony Scaramucci and Tony Swartz who were seduced in one way or another by the Trump illusion.  20 minutes

I found this interesting and all determined that the Squatter is unfit for office and re-election.

Seth Myers on the “presidential debate” shit-fest.  A serious subject with a bit of humour

    • There’s some honesty in the Melber clip that actually gets painful, isn’t there.  It’s so honest I’m not sure Ari gets it.  Cohen and Scaramucci are not like him (or like Schwartz or like you or like me), and they are digging out some truth that really hurts.

I really enjoy Seth Myers, and he didn’t disappoint!
