TJI #4 – Yes. We tend to forget that, I think because it’s so over the top.
#4 is especially concerning, and probably accurate. That Mr. Carle is comfortable enough with the idea, to pronounce it out loud is something like stunning!

We watched the convention, and were impressed. Dare I mention, probably again, that Collin Powell is also from the Bronx?

Did watch the entire convention last night. In my opinion, it was outstanding with the speakers they had. Hoping Joe and Kamala can continue being the strong team we need to get the current fool out of office.

I am presently reading (almost half way) “How to be an Anti Racist” by Ibram X Kendi which is on ebooks and about 571 pages. This book encourages self reflection on our own attitudes towards racism. Part of it is autobiographical, part history and part about attitudes. BTW, being non-racist as Trump likes to call himself, is a misnomer. One is either racist/non racist or one is an anti racist and Kendi explains the difference very early on. In my opinion, Trump is an avowed racist even though he has said he “doesn’t have a racist bone in his body”. But then, here at PP, we already know he is a racist.
I have also just registered for a study of indigenous issues/history in Canada through the University of Alberta. The programme is free (non certificate but certificates are available at a nominal cost) and runs online for 12 sessions. Go to uab.ca/indigenous-canada if you want to check it out. Foreign participants are welcome. Now you might think that’s for Canada, but many Aboriginal peoples in North America share similar issues — indeed reading about indigenous peoples in Australia, I found some similar issues. Could it be that interacting with white Europeans is what spawned the similarities?

Well holy jumped up!!! Will wonders never cease!!! Of this kind I surely hope not!!! The absolute cherry on top would be to have evidence that Trump was directly involved. But since the president cannot be charged, any charges would have to wait until he is out of office which should be January 2021.
