It’s a busy day here in the CatBox, and this is my only article today. I’m going to the hospital for a PET scan. I’ll get the results on Friday 8/7. Tomorrow is a WWWendy day, and I have to renew my lease. It’s routine, but the paperwork takes over an hour. I should be back in the saddle on Thursday. Tomorrow or Thursday, musical blasts will return to protest music. Have a great day!

Do the prep in-clinic waiting times get any shorter if you’ve had them before?
I’ve not had one, but it seems like the wait-time before they take you back is the longest time. The actual scanning itself doesn’t take all that long, I don’t think.
They’ve always (all 3 times) taken me back right away. Then they shoot the jungle juice, and I wait for an hour. Then they put me on the machine and strap me in so I can’t move. Then they record for an hour and I pray for it to end.
Glad that you made it home safely.

MSNBC: It was beautiful that John Lewis was given the stage one last time for his message of Good Trouble. And for once coward Trump made the right decission to stay away. Having to sit through this beautiful speach without his usual fidgeting would have been impossible and so embarrassing with everyone looking directly at him as if John Lewis was speaking directly to Trump.
