I hope she’ll last throughout this primary season and take the nomination, but just in case she doesn’t, here are five campaign ads from my favorite Presidential candidate, Elizabeth Warren.

Spot on, aren’t they. What isn’t said (for a number of reasons) is theat there are no simple solutions to complicated problems. But having followed her, you know and I know that she knows that. And even with complex solutions with a lot of parts, it’s not impossible for some of those parts to be simple. Withing the constraints of advertising, it’s good to say that sometimes.

I like the fact that Warren sticks to her message instead of changing it when the wind changes direction. We need someone in the Oval Office who will remain true to his – um, HER – word. I like Bernie Sanders, but I like Warren more.
So powerful, each one of them. Elizabeth Warren may be petite and soft-spoken, but she’ll be a tower of strength in the Oval Office.

I like and respect most, including lots of the specifics, of Warren’s domestic policy proposals. IMO she needs more than proposed to sufficiently address climate change and has made major foreign policy mistakes displaying the ignorance of not yet questioning neoliberal myths in that area, like on Gaza, where the ICC has begun holding Israel accountable on war crimes there. Her recent Iran statements are the best I’ve heard, yet do not yet show she understands how our foreign policy is geared to increase corporate profits, often at the expense of the people. Although there are many areas of malfeasance and corruption in defense spending practices, she has barely scratched the surface with her proposals. Defense/foreign policy is the biggest deficit driver and where the most money to address postponed domestic essentials is to be found in existing budget.Such policies would be wonderful Senate bills and more apt to fly IMO were she VP or still a senator instead of POTUS.
Politicians like to make big promises. However, I like Warren, her message and her plans. She has my vote!
