Christmas 2019

This year, once again, I wish you a very Merry Christmas, or whatever holiday is appropriate to your beliefs.  Since many of the Carols I’ve used in years past stopped working, I had to change the music I’m using to celebrate Christmas with you.

Traditional Christmas Carols

An hour of traditional Christmas carols sung by a church choir. 1. Silent Night 2. O Come All Ye Faithful 3. Away In A Manger 4. Hark! The Herald Angels Sing 5. Ding! Dong! Merrily On High 6. Joy To The World 7. God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen 8. It Came Upon The Midnight Clear 9. Rocking 10. See Amid The Winter Snow 11. I Wonder As I Wander 12. De Virgin Mary Had A Baby Boy 13. A Maiden Most Gentle 14. As With Gladness Men Of Old 15. The Shepherd’s Farewell 16. Past 3 O’Clock 17. A Child This Day Is Born 18. Deck The Halls 19. We Three Kings 20. White Christmas

Note that the last Carol is for our Republican friends, who we wish a hearty “Happy Holidays”.

Finally I will restate last year’s warning, as our nation remains in dire peril!

And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name

that sat on him was Trump, and Pence followed with him.

And power was given unto them over the fourth part of

the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with

death, and with the beasts of the earth.

RESIST!!

  1. Merry, Happy Holidays to you as well, I love the Christmas carols, Thank you! TC.
Yes, we are in peril these days, and the foreboding is not going to go away by itself. Unfortunately…

  2. Marry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, a festive Festivus, a bountiful Kwanzaa, and a Happy New Year to all (and I hope Diwali and the Solstice were bright as well).  Many thanks to Muslims, agnostic, and atheists for bearing with us (Muslims, your turn is coming eventually.)  Apologies to anyone I have left out.

TC, I am glad that you will be able to celebrate with Wendy, and also to get clean for the festivities.  May your day be wonderful.  And may it not be too unsettling to get back to “normal.”

  3. Nice listening to the Christmas Carols. They bring such peace and joy when listening to them.
Merry Christmas to you and all others.. I pray for Peace, Kindness and Good Health to all.
Maybe 2020 will answer our country’s prayers for a leader who care for us all. That goes for animals and environment too.

  4. Thank you, TomCat and the best wishes for Christmas to you and for any other festivities this time of year to all of you. ‘Season’s greetings to all.

It’s Boxing Day here in Oz, so everyone is going berzerk for Boxing Day Sales which retailers hope will make up for the substandard Christmas sales because the economy is grinding to a halt. So Oz is split in three: one part storms the shops, one part relaxes on the beach and the last part defends their properties against the advancing flames.

You may understand that Chrismas Carols play no part in all of that, TomCat, but I thank you for them anyway. They bring back memories.

  5. Thanks all!  I hope you have plenty of leftovers, around which to wrap yourselves! 25
