When Trump’s personal lawyer, Barrf, presented his interpretation of the Mueller Report, I smelled a rat.  When I read (actually had my auto-reader dictate) the redacted report, I saw that rat, plain as day.  But when Muller shared nine minutes of comments about his report, yesterday, the rat bit me on the ass.  Mullet contradicted Barrf and his Fuhrer.  He also stated clearly, who needs to take action.

In his own public comments, Attorney General William Barr has leaned heavily on the idea that Mueller did not feel the guidelines are what prevented him from charging President Donald Trump with obstruction.

But Mueller on Wednesday undercut that narrative, making clear in his comments that the guidelines had a significant influence on the investigation, tying his hands from the very start from even considering whether a crime had been committed.

Indicting Trump while he was in office was “not an option we could consider,” Mueller said, explicitly citing the official guidance from the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel.

You should not take my word for this.  Here’s the complete statement from Robert Mueller.  Watch it!

Seeing that, can there be any doubt that Trump and the Republican Reich are guilty as sin, and that Barrf is lying about it?

Rachel Maddow explains how Mueller said the onus of responsibility for Trump accountability is on Congress.

Congress, DO YOUR JOB!

  1. I saved a copy of the full transcript as a Word document – filed it under “treason” (not, of course, by Mueller.” I also included a photocopy of Re. Nadler’s response, since that is how it was made available, rather than as text. He said in so many words who is lying. His last two sentences were:

Given that Special Counsel Mueller was unable to pursue criminal charges against the President, it falls to Congress to respond to the crimes, lies, and other wrongdoing of President Trump – and we will do so. No one, not even the President of the United States, is above the law.

The only thing which distinguishes the investigations several Congressional committees are already pursuing is the name. They are not being called impeachment inquiries. But that is what they are. Yes, using the name would likely make them a little easier (a little more authority.) It would also cause a greater reaction against them, which might complicate them. I’m not, thank Ceiling Cat, in charge, so I don’t know which alternative is the better.

  2. Muller said that there were “multiple, systematic efforts to interfere in our election, and that allegation deserves the attention of every American.” It sure has mine! Yes, Congress needs to get on with this, and do their job!
    Good vids, thx, Tom.

  3. We need to lean on Congress – especially on Democrats – to stop hemming and hawing, and start the gears of impeachment rolling. They should have started this process long ago! Yes, they also need to focus on winning in 2020, but just as a computer can run multiple programs at a time, they can have more than one project going.

  4. LOL loving this!!!
i really, really 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽 hope trump’s chances have hit rock bottom for 2020!!!

  5. I have not read the report, nor seen Muller on video, but I rest assured that Barf and the Fuhrer are full of nought but barf!  Muller appears clear that congress must pick up the thread, and run with it, hard!

  6. Mueller’s little speech had two implications:

    * Congress must now act on the evidence his investigation has presented them with;

    * Barrf has lied under oath and to the American people, and has acted unlawfully by redacting the Mueller report, i.e withholding information from Congress. Drumpf and Barrf are now both obstructing justice by refusing to act on the subpoenas. This in itself should be enough to impeach both of them.

  7. Very – VERY – rarely does Twitler ever tell the truth. But you gotta love that Twitler admits – in his very own words … in his very own Tweet – that Russia helped get him elected!

  8. Agree with so many comments above. about Mr. Mueller and what he spoke yesterday putting the ball in the House’s court.
Pray that they now take the actions they need to get this bas*ard and all of his cronies out of the W. H.

  9. Thank and hugs to all. 35

Calling them impeachment hearings would have another advantage.   They would be televised.
