I’m feeling about the same, so this is just a brief note to let you know that I’m alive, that I’m taking care of myself, that I care about you, and that the Republican Party is still… Republican.

You know your medical issues and how to respond to them, just don't try doing any more than the bare minimum, so you can focus on getting better.
