Willard Romney has earned the nickname of Switch Hit Mitt, by taking a firm and irrevocable stance on both sides of every issue. However, there just aren’t enough hours in the day for Willard to tell all the lies he wants. But for a super-rich man with the backing of 32 billionaires, that’s no problem. He hires surrogates to lie for him. Here’s one.

Romney Communications Director Gail Gitcho says the “CBO” report from the Obama administration claimed that the stimulus would keep unemployment below eight percent. The CBO doesn’t work for Obama, as Cooper notes, and it never wrote that. The eight percent figure comes from a projection authored by Obama aides before he even took office.
These surrogates get used to getting a lot of fact-free, unchallenged air time way too often. It was nice to see one of them challenged when trying to tell a few whoppers as Gitcho was here. We’ve already discussed the fact that the Romney campaign just can’t quit lying…

If Rmoney and the Republican/Teabaggers are so concerned about American jobs in America, then why did they obstruct the AJA, not once but 3 times? Why have they obstructed other stimulus spending like on infrastructure which would have been a big boost to the construction industry and economy? Jobs, my ass! Do Americans really want to elect a president who does not understand where funds come from to pay for teachers, police, firefighters etc? The feds may not be writing individual pay cheques, but the funds are transferred from the feds to state and local governments to cover those expenses. Glitch Gitcho! She talks about unemployment in a CBO report where Mr Obama promised to have unemployment under 8% then mentions it a second time but says 6%. The fact that it is was not in the CBO report but was a projection from Mr Obama before he was elected means nothing to her. I like how Anderson Cooper challenges her assertion that the first year of Rmoney's term (that he is not going to have!)should not count because he needs time to put his policies in place. When AC suggests that the same should apply to Mr Obama in fairness, she starts doing a dance that strongly resembles the pee-pee dance, or someone clearly on paper thin ice! So sauce for the goose is NOT sauce for the gander! hmmmmm…
How many months of unemployment were above 8% during Baby Bush's reign of terror? Let's remember that Baby Bush inherited a budget surplus from Clinton; the economy tanked under Baby Bush; unemployment spiraled upwards to near record levels; and the debt dramatically increased by unpaid illegal wars of aggression by Baby Bush! On the other hand, Mr Obama inherited high unemployment from Baby Bush and has successfully reduced the trend to where there has been positive job growth for much of his term; the nation's debt increased the least under Mr Obama when the stimulus is properly factored in; the spending rate is the lowest of the last 6 presidents; and Mr Obama has faced an obstructionist Republican/Teabagger dominated Congress which refused to coöperate with passing the AJA and other legislation that would have helped the nation's recovery, so as to make Mr Obama a one term president as they had sworn to do on his inauguration day in 2009! I thought Anderson Cooper was very good and had Rmoney's little honey bunny on the ropes and flustered. I think that Canada's Conservative Party, Harper and his harlots, are really, really bad snakes in the grass! But Rmoney and the Republican/Teabaggers are so much worse! I worry about my US friends — these criminals cannot gain office! It would not be good for the US, nor for the world!
