I’m going to do something a little unusual today. Instead of doing extensive analysis for you, I’m going to feed you a pants-load of raw data in the belief that you will post the analysis for us in comments for those states with which you are familiar. The way I figure it Folks know their home states better than I do. I’m concentration on the House as Senate and Governor races US races are less complex.
However, in California, Democrats appear to have survived the Jungle primaries where they feared being shut out.
All results come from the NY Times.

Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.

None of those states is mine … so I’m not going to even try to analyze, just note a few facts.
Dana Rohrabacher’s district may go to a runoff – I hope not – but it’s very close for second place.
Katie Porter is a former student of Elizabeth Warren, who is a BIG fan of hers.
In New Mexico, District 1, the Dem nomination was won by Deb Haaland, who, if she wins, will be the first Native American woman in Congress.
EMILY’s List says that 40 of the candidates they endorsed won, across the nation.
Good report!!
I’m encouraged too, to see the numbers!
Glad to see NJ (my old home state) picking up BLUE too!!
Thanks, Tom for doing all the work on post.
Mmmmmmmmm, raw data. Delicious food for thought!
Pretty good stuff! Kudos to Deb Haaland!
In Jersey, robert Menendez beat his primary opponent, and the self-funded GOPIG, who, in typical GOPIG style, was running ads about the indictments brought against Menendez, with, once again, of course, no indication that these are old news, nor that he was not convicted. It will be surprising if this clown should beat Menendez.
Yay BLUE!!! ?
LET US NOT forget that Judge Aaron Persky has been ere-called in California!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here in the “Show Me” state in a suburban district right next to me, Lauren Arthur has flipped a Senate seat (long-held by republicans) in our state legislature from red to BLUE!

A wonderful start! Keep it going!
No comment from me other than this sounds very encouraging. Hoping for blue skies everywhere.
Since I am not an American, I won’t comment on any individual state races. I will however say
VOTE BLUE as if your life depended on it because it does!
