seem to fit the profile, loud-mouthed, publicity seeking, posers, offering virtually slave-labor salaries. Well beyond this “Florida Man,” it has been seen that the issue is poor wages, and that that is what is driving the various strikes across the countrty.

Since we liberals pride ourselves on wanting the facts and being fair, I must strongly contest this Kirschner video. He simply didn’t do his due diligence.
Ruling that the term “victim” cannot be used by prosecutors is not an uncommon courtroom restriction. The thinking behind it is that the Jury is there to decide if there was a “victim”.
The judge’s ruling allowing the terms “looter” “rioter” “arsonist” is more nuanced. He ruled that they can NOT be used in opening statements. However, they CAN be used in closing statements IF sufficient evidence has been provided that they actually participated in those criminal acts.
(It should be noted that Grosskreutz, the lone survivor of the shooting, has NOT been charged with a crime from that night. So those pejorative terms could only be applied to the two people Rittenhouse killed.)

Additionally the judge indicated that prosecutor Thomas “Binger could say ‘Kyle Rittenhouse is a cold blooded killer’ during closing arguments”.

JM: By setting up these ground rules the judge may have influenced the outcome of the trial. Knowingly or unknowingly, he has opened the door for Rittenhouse to go free after the jury accepts his plea of self-defence against those looters, rioters and arsonists. And then rise up in the ranks of the White Supremacists.

MSNBC: All the news is still about the rioters, not their leaders. After 10 months authorities are still in the process of handing over videos, now from the fifth. There’s no sign of progressing to the leaders behind the riot. It feels like the DOJ has learned TFG’s tricks of diversion too well. I won’t be wasting my time with news on the riots any further unless it involves people higher up the ladder.
Remove Ron: Please do so before the new abortion legislation has passed through Florida’s Congress.
RA: This has been known for months, if not right from the start, and all further evidence on the aid by Congress members has come from either investigative journalists or from the House Committee. Meanwhile, Garland and his boys remain silent.

I think the judge is a biased idiot. But I also think he handed the prosecution team a viable option to appeal if Rittenhouse is found not guilty.
