    Joke: Grandma was babysitting little Susie and noticed she was playing with a Barbie doll and a GI Joe “figure.” She asked where Ken was, commenting that “Barbie comes with Ken.” Susie replied, “No, she comes with GI Joe. She fakes it with Ken.”

    (I’m going to repeat myself here:)

    AG Merrick Garland is becoming a bigger and bigger disappointment.

    Perhaps some of his earlier defenses for siding w/ Trump could be excused from a legal perspective.  But their is absolutely NO JUSTIFICATION for defending Trump WRT his sexual assault of E. Jean Carroll.

    No one — NO ONE — in the United States — not Trump nor anyone else — has a job description that includes slandering women they sexually assaulted.

    As Carroll’s lead attorney, Roberta Kaplan said:

    “The undisputed facts demonstrate that President Trump was not acting in furtherance of any [Presidential] duties owed to any arguable employer when he made the statements at issue.  His comments concerned an alleged sexual assault that took place several decades before he took office, and the allegations have no relationship to the official business of the United States.”

    I’m not against the rich for being rich.  I’m against the rich getting rich by denying a living wage from the hard labor of the “peons” who MADE THEM RICH!

    There is no doubt that Japanese internment camps (which were based solely on FEAR) are one of the darkest stains on American history.

    Let’s not kid ourselves: If Donnie, or a Mini-Me Donnie, were ever to gain power again – they have a decent chance for reincarnation in some form

    I still maintain the solution is very simple: SCRAP the CAP!  Or at the minimum, raise it to a self-sustaining level.

    For those fortunate few who will make a MILLION DOLLARS in 2021, since workers only pay tax on the first $142,800 of income, their contributions to Social Security ended on FEBRUARY 23, 2021!
