Re: the Hudson,OH Memorial Day speech on the history of said holiday—–that American Legion chapter & leaders in deep doo-doo now. Resignations & possible loss of charter! Connie Schulz, Pulitzer winning journalist, wife of Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) was discussing this on Chris Hayes’ show tonight. There’s a good thread on Daily Kos. Take care,all. Keep hope alive!

Undoubtedly many of us will be disappointed in varying degrees (myself included). But having earned my J.D. degree from the University of Law & Order (I love those shows), I can better understand this approach.

Glad to learn that VP Harris has asked to spearhead this effort. She faces unimaginable headwinds, but I admire her for tackling this critical task.
