The entire Trump family is as guilty as sin for multiple cases of fraud. It may not yet be proven in a court of law but as Bill Maher says “I just know it is true!”.
In addition, Trump IS a national security risk BIG TIME as is Ivanka and Kushner. Let’s not forget that a request for a top security clearance was denied to Kushner until Trump ordered it put through for his on-in-law.

So I heard on the radio last night Malala Yousafzai graduated this year from Oxford (Lady Margaret Hall) with a degree in philosophy, economics, and politics. Wow!

RR – Some in the Fox News bubble are claiming these documents exonerate him because there is nothing about Russia in them. But, unlike most of us, even entrepreneurs (-euses), Trump is required to file personal tax returns and business tax returns. These are personal returns, and it’s not surprising there is nothing in them about Russia. If there is anything about Russia in his records, it would be in his business returns, not here.
CNN – Good explanation of the difference between “avoidance” and “evasion”(fraud), with good examples. Morally speaking, for me, there is a gray area. I am perfectly comfortable with people taking any deduction to which they are lawfully entitled, based on their personal circumstances and lives. What I am not comfortable with is rearranging your life, altering your behavior, specifically in order to get a tax exemption or deduction up ahead. That is technically legal (so no one will be talking about that in connection with Trump*) but I don’t see how anyone can consider it moral to live your life in such a way as to short-change your country (which means all your fellow citizens.)
BOP: Bohemian Rhapsody was actually from the mid 70s, so it was not on my radar (heck, I wasn’t even in the US at the time.) But I am aware it is an amazing and iconic piece.

RR: Robert really sums it up nicely, doesn’t he, but his short overview didn’t bring anything we not already heard of others. Good that it is confirmed, though it again won’t change anything for his hardcore base. The timing of the leak was perfect, just before the first debate, but I think this has been lying in the NYT’s vaults for a while now, waiting for the right moment. I hope his opponents have more in store right up to the elections to keep the anti-Trump sentiments going.
CNN: Imagine what would be left of America’s credit in the world if American’s would allow a con man to run their country into the ground for a second term knowing he’s in it again only to avoid taxes, another bankrupcy and for his personal glorification. This time world leaders wouldn’t snigger behind Trump’s back but do it openly in his face.

CNN – I hope they would spare a little sympathy for those of us who are so broken and destroyed, spirituallu and emptionally, financially, and many of us physically – just by the first four years, and then have to live through more. Although we would be beyond caring what they think – one’s world gets very small when one is struggling just to survive.
