Last night I had an emergency attack of midnight Republicosis.  It was so severe that I didn’t make it to the throne.  Cleaning the mess took over two hours.  Needless to say, I’m very tired.  TGIF!!

Jig Zone Puzzle:

Today’s took me 3:02 (average 4:55).  To do it, click here.  How did you do?

Short Takes:

From YouTube (MSNBC Channel): Warren On Bloomberg & The Practice Of Banks ‘Redlining’ Minority Communities

Bloomberg is blaming the victims of Bankster financing scams against minorities and investors. The Banksters were the criminals. “Redlining” is the practice of drawing red lines around minority (usually black) neighborhoods and denying all applications for real estate loans there. Bloomberg expressed strong support for this racist practice. RESIST!!

From The Borowitz Report: Attorney General William Barr was rushed to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on Thursday afternoon after the remote-control implant in his brain briefly failed, the White House has confirmed.

White House aides first noticed signs of the implant’s malfunction during an interview Barr gave to ABC News, after which the Attorney General was immediately strapped to a gurney and transported to Walter Reed.

A team of surgeons was able to identify the problem with Barr’s implant after an examination revealed a “low-power issue,” a Walter Reed spokesperson said.

After the surgeons replaced the tiny battery in Barr’s implant, the Attorney General appeared to be recovering well and was able to speak to reporters at his bedside.

Dang Andy, he better get that battery checked regularly! Otherwise, he might puke, when he’s supposed to Barrf!  RESIST!!

Also from YouTube (MSNBC Channel): A Quid Pro Quo In Plain Sight?

Did Hakeem Jeffries call it right, or what? I fully agree with the suggestion that, when Trump* and Cuomo meet, Cuomo should wear a wire. How else can he defend against Republican Altered Transcript Syndrome. As for Trump*? Impeach the son of a bitch!  RESIST!!

From YouTube (a blast from the past): Lesley Gore – You Don’t Own Me (HD)

Ah… the memories!  RESIST!!

Vote Blue!!

  1. Cartoon: Yep, pretty much!
MSNBC: I’m with Ms. Warren on this. Good video!!
BR: I realize…even w/o a medical license, that he’s lacking in that area. Relieved that the doctors got him back on track. I also think the doctors need to go back in and monitor…not only the area of his brain, but also the gludimus maximus, as that’s where most of the sheet is coming from. imho
MSNBC 2: He feels empowered/emboldened with his actions. dt. The R’s don’t give a hoot. Yes, impeach him (again).
BFTP: Loved, loved, loved Leslie and her songs. I still miss her.

omgosh! Hope that you get your rest…and hope that whatever you have….goes away quickly! Take good, good care, take a nap, rest, and try and have a good day. Thanks, Tom.

*This just in: “Nancy Pelosi has been very wise to stay above the fray and watch the judge get pushed to the boiling point by corrupt oversight. Whatever the verdict, a narrative has been set. It leads right back to the House re-adjusting a new narrative on Impeachment. ~ Steve S. ~
    2. Nixon’s AG, John Mitchell was convicted and went to prison for perjury, conspiracy and obstruction of justice.” ~ Dan B. ~
    3. “Hope Hicks, Reince Priebus, Sean Spicer back @the WH?? Why? (will they start back up exaggerating and telling lies on behalf of the impotus? *pb

  2. I can empathize with your 2-hour cleanup job.  One time when I was visiting Mom at her Assisted Living Center she had the same type of accident.  And between the two of us (both with two working legs each) it took ~ 45 minutes to get things squared away.

Obviously none of us are pleased with the racist, old Stop-and-Frisk programs – but if it comes to it, *Rump has no room to fling poo.  He’s loved it for years and years, as these quotes prove:

“In New York City, stop-and-frisk, we had 2,200 murders, and stop-and-frisk brought it down to 500 murders. Five hundred murders is a lot of murders.

“And [stop-and-frisk] was continued on by Mayor Bloomberg.  And it was terminated by current mayor.

“But stop-and-frisk had a tremendous impact on the safety of New York City. Tremendous beyond belief.

“So when you say it has no impact, it really did. It had a very, very big impact.”

  3. I’m skipping the puzzle today.

So sorry you are not doing well! Get as much rest as you can.

Cartoon No – ummmm, no lie.

Bloomberg – Ethical financial professionals deplore redlining. I know. I were one. (I’ll bet Squatch says the same.)

Borowitz – I haven’t had time to read closely enough about the tweet thing to get a clue what he is doing and where he is going with it. I’m sure, of course, he’s up to no good, but what kind of no good?

MSNBC – Exactly the same as Ukraine, except it’s New York. I hope the fact the New York is not a foreign nation won’t become Republicans’ excuse this time (but I bet it will.)

Past – This one was really radical (I suppose, still is, for Talibangelicals.)

  4. 3:11 Mishap, fortunately, didn’t interfere with your speed.

Cartoon: There are not enough Valentine gifts to bribe any rational woman into voting for them.

MSNBC: Bloomberg and his billions come from the same compost heap the banksters live in. Liz is spot on calling him out on trying to buy the election with his ill-gotten gains and I hope a lot of Democrats supported her with a contribution to her campaign.

BR: In yesteryears, doctors would have looked for a thread snapped or tangled in Barrf’s puppet mechanics, today they’re looking at the implant for the remote control. But low power? Just think of Trump moving anything delicately by remote control and you know that he was so incoherent and inconsistent that even a lackey like Barrf can’t make sense of it.

    MSNBC2: What can I say

BFTP: The song is familiar, but only from hearing it much later. Should be played for Republican wives first thing in the morning.

  5. Cartoon: Yep, pretty much!
MSNBC: Ms. Warren is correct about Bloomberg. Hearing him speak so much about how much he continues to put into his campaign sucks.
Borowitz: Sounds to be that it’s a programming error. Must of been one that favors tRump, that he duplicated and set bArr’s mind to match.
    MSNBC2: I agree with you….Impeach him again.
BFTP: I remember Lesley Gore. She had so many great hits and this was one of them.
Sorry to hear you had a bad night. Hope you can get this issue under control so you can keep your meals down and sleep better.
    Take care. Thanks TomCat

  6. Thanks and pooped Hugs to all!  14

  7. I do hope you have gotten some health professional advice–and if they said you are OK and just have to live with it, consider Depends (ask your doctor and if he says that’s all he can advise, then it becomes a health expense for tax purposes I was told with my mom)…many start with just at night if that is only time without ability to make it to the toilet…and there are protective shields like hospitals used available for home use, too, to minimize clean up efforts
By my count, we can’t trust Bloomberg on economic policy, civil rights policy, housing policy, criminal justice policy…he must be aiming for zero any rational person can trust…
Thanks for the dose of AB…even Congress critters are now proposing Barr impeachment according to my email–no wonder the mild complaint about the tweeting…given the last Senate so-called trial, those jurors might accept that as a valid defense…
Trump may finally realize any federal immunity he has does not apply to State laws being enforced at the State level…however, he appears to mistake that his fiefdom beliefs are not applicable at the State level (either)…
Sad that most in the GOP don’t have a Lesley Gore attitude these days…
