I have a very busy day with my cardiac stress test  When I return home at supper time, I’ll eat and go right to bed.  Woe is me!  The Holy Ellipsoid Orb has gone dark, depriving the earth of its blessings until pre-season late in the Summer.  Oh God!  It’s Monday!

Jig Zone Puzzle:

Today’s took me 3:00 (average 4:48).  To do it, click here.  How did you do?

  1. 5:42 I find if I put in time sorting before I even try to connect anything, it may take me longer, but it’s more fun.

The pie video which is getting so much attention (sorry no CC – I looked around to no avail)

Cartoon – Amen! Now we just have to figure out HOW to get that done.

Game – If Nameless stays in a good mood that long, just think how sparkling the Friday Funs will be. I can live with that.

  2. Cartoon: Seriously!!!
YT: Great game! Kudos to KC’s Coach Reid, and players. Had a wonderful evening all around with a family birthday, and celebrating the win with family/friends. I’ll miss seeing the Holy Ellipsoid Orb too.

Hope that all goes good for you, and that you get to and back safe and sound. Get your rest, take good care, and Thanks, Tom.

This just in: “Uh oh. Looks like Ms. Lindsay has been hanging out in the green room with a (jug) of Box o’ Wine. (Parnas implicated LG, and he has a lot to explain. I’d be drunk too.” ~ Carla S.
    2. “We are boycotting dt’s SOTU speech to deprive him of the ratings he so desperately craves.” ~Ramona A.~
    3. “Republicans have dragged the corpse of irony from it’s grave and proudly put it on display in the halls of the Senate.” ~ Joe Scarborough ~
    4. “Enormous rug and 51 brooms delivered to the Senate Chamber AND Presidential Medals of Cowardice will be given to Alexander, and Murkowski @a WH dinner sometime this week.” ~ James S. ~

  3. ‘Toon: Sure!
    It was a good game.

  4. I’m saving all my crowing for Friday.

Yesterday for Super Bowl Sunday we had temps in the mid-60s.  Today we’re up to 66 degrees.

And tomorrow we’re supposed to get SNOW!

The parades on Wednesday, w/ only a 30% chance of flurries.  I hope KCMO [NOTE to *Rump: the “MO” part of KCMO stands for MISSOURI, you furking idiot] doesn’t have to wait another 50 years for SB win!

  5. Hope the test went well and you’re rested by now, TomCat

2:49 Sorry, I know you’re hungry but this mockingbird is not for the cat.

    Cartoon: Ya think? πŸ˜‚

Move on, nothing to see here… πŸ˜‰πŸ˜

  6. I have some friends in Wichita and – yep – Kansas City, so on their behalf I hoped for the Chiefs. Didn’t watch the game as I have better things to do than indulge in this overhyped crud. For you, TomCat, I hope that the Broncos will hoist the Lombardi trophy at least once this new decade.

Thanks for the video, Joanne – this problem needs to be exposed to a lot more people. There will always be some wealth inequality, but that doesn’t justify them hogging nearly the entire pie while the poor don’t get even a sniff. People like Sheffield and Tedford who oppose the wealth tax have the attitude “We got ours, f### everybody else.” They parrot the same old stale “We worked hard, we earned it” blah blah blah. OK, you deserve a higher salary than the rank-and-file employees; but you do not have the right to hang on to obscene amounts of wealth when people are starving and freezing. You do not have the right to up your salary and benefits every year while the minimum wage remains stagnant. No, ye fools and blind, the socialists are NOT talking about everybody having the same – they are talking about making the system more fair, or at least less unfair. Of course you fat ogres don’t want to share – you’d rather hide in your manors with your underpaid servants and shield yourselves from reality with your filthy lucre.

  7. Cartoon: I second that thought. It’s definitely an action we must make sure of never happening again.
YT: I enjoyed watching the game yesterday. I was happy to see K C win. Damien Williams graduated from Mira Mesa High School. Which is just minutes from my home. They mentioned on the news, that they will be planning a celebration for him.
I hope your test went well.
    Take care. Thanks TomCat

  8. Thanks and exhausted Hugs to all.  πŸ›Œ

  9. Hey, all! Freya, you go, girl! AMEN & AWOMEN! Pretty sure the wealth inequality is about at the same levels as late 1920s. Anyone have the stats for just prior to the French Revolution?—-LOL    Pat—-that Morning Joe rant was excellent—I heard the entire thing.  Hope you are resting OK now, TC.  Pundits on MSNBC saying Iowa caucuses going extinct. Time for dotard’s SOTU. I’m a watch Cat Bowl I recorded to not give ratings to 45’s Super Bowl speil.  Take care, folks.
