It’s a busy day day, here in the CatBox. WWWendy is coming an hour early, because she has a banquet to do for her bartending job. My keyboard is working only partially. I spilled a whole cup of coffee on it, right after I got home from my TriMet Lift stranding. I have to use an on screen keyboard for some keys. I’ll have the replacement later this week. Tomorrow I have my Oncologist appointment, so please expect no more than a Personal Update. This is my only article today. Ellipsoid Orb Hugs to all!

MSNBC: It’s all one ball of snakes: Dumpy, Pence, Gulliaini, Gulliani’s henchmen; there is no way I will believe that Pence has been involved, or at the very least, fully briefed. As Carl Sagan said “Extreme claims require extreme evidence!” Pence is just a quieter POS!

SNL – Oh, I don’t know – Chris Wallace got a few things right. Even Bret Baier said something, I forget now what, that caused snowflakes to do their best to crucify him. I will say this is a whole lot funnier than the real thing. I do hope Kate doesn’t have bronchitis.
MSNBC – You are, of course, right about Pence. And we – by which I mean the Democrats on the designated committees – should be paying a lot of attention to that, particularly in the light of what happened yesterday at Walter Reed (not that anyone knows what that is). We need to be able to w=switch gears rapidly to impeaching Pence should something “happen” to Trump. For one thing, rapidly enough to invalidate any “pardon” which might transpire. (Well, I can hope.)
Past – I think we should have been paying a whole lot more attention to “Black Girl Magic” for a long time. For one thing, it just got us 13 judges in, what was it, Texas?

I’m more than pleased WRT how the Impeachment Hearings are going. I have no illusion they will do anything to change the minds of Trump’s 35% dolts. But I think they will move some independents, and I’ve noticed a change in the tenor that the media is reporting this. They have been clearly impressed with the handling by Schiff, and particularly the credibility, comportment and sincerity of the witnesses so far.

SNL: “Ridiculous melodrama. Somehow less crazy than what’s happening in our government.” Spot on. And more amusing.
MSNBC: There’s no doubt in my mind that everyone around Trump at the White House was in on it, including Pence. The also knew that is was wrong; why else would they have the call classified so quickly and why else would the whistleblower’s formal complaint be sidetracked so quickly. I hope the inquiry also gets to who had the call classified and who brushed the complaint under the carpet and why. Schiff shouldn’t shy away from calling on the big guys even if they don’t show up.
BFTP: Thank you, TomCat. I was waiting on Santana to be posted. Their album Abraxis, with this version of Fleetwood Mac’s Black Magic Woman, was the background of many fond memories during my first years at uni. Samba Pa Ti was everyone’s favourite, though.
