1017merkley

I never stop feeling proud that, in the last year that I could physically do such things, I worked as a volunteer for Jeff Merkley.  They had me contacting undecided voters, because of my skill in discovering their final objection, satisfying it, and getting a commitment.  Jeff was the best thing for Oregon and remains one of the best things for America.  Jeff just released several video clips, do I decided to share a few with you.  They are short.

Enough is Enough

Saving lives is the opposite of Republican policy.

Weigh In Today!

The choice is simple. Clean power brings life. Dirty Republican power brings death. To comment, click here.

Docs-to-Doctors

Supporting our vets is part of supporting out troops. Republicans discard them, when they can no longer be used as cannon fodder.

Fly Smart Act

My own Smart Fly Act is to put Republicans in a trans lunar orbit.

The Protecting Students from Worthless Degrees Act

Barf Bag Betsy wants to see Trump U reopened.

Is Jeff special or what?

RESIST!!

VOTE BLUE!!

  1. Thank God, Ceiling Cat, Dog, FSM, Cthulhu for Jeff Merkley, but most of all, thanks to Oregon voters. And thank YOU for your efforts. I am just the opposite. I can’t sell anything to anyone, at least not in person or over the phone. In writing I have a chance.

My only quibble with your trans lunar orbit suggestion is that it’s too close. Trans-Uranus would be better.

Barf bag Betsy just received a setback in court; the court upheld debt forgivemess for scammed students with student loans.

  2. No question: Jeff Merkley is Awesome!

Yes, I had heard that money was taken away from FEMA and given to ICE just prior to the hurricane. What! the hell…

I am all for Clean Air Act. Affordable Clean Energy Rule Proposal as proposed by Jeff. We need to save our Planet Earth now.

As much as I dislike war anywhere on Earth, USA needs to do a better job in caring for our Vets. There is no excuse at all for not taking care of them and in their health

Representatives and Senators are people just like us in flying from one destination to another. Just because the representatives and senators are elected officials by us people in USA does not mean that they get “special privileges” apart from us. They are spending our tax dollars and they must be held accountable.

Really dislike Betsy DeVos. She needs to go into the hole of the outhouse and never be seen, heard from again.

    .

  3. Like Jim said, I also read about the transfer of funds being taken out of FEMA into ICE. How despicable to do that when folks who are traumatized by loss of life, or belongings, by a storm, fire or other natural occurrences. Those folks could sure use some help now. So sad.

I’m all over that, for saving our Planet/environment!

I like the idea of putting vets who worked in the medical field into a civilian capacity after their EAOS, plus, imho, it makes the transition from military to civilian that much easier for them, working in this vocation. Gawd knows we need an improvement(s) on the VA wait times for our vets.

Most teachers and staff working in the field of Education (here), don’t even mention her name, as she is reviled in the academic field. At least, since I’ve retired, that’s what I’m hearing/seeing. She’s a liability, and doesn’t even know what she’s talking about, let alone visiting schools, and getting input or perspective or meeting with staff/and students, anywhere in the US. What in the sam hill does she do in DC?

Yes, Mr. Merkley is a National Treasure! Dam, can we clone him?

  4. Just as you stated, Jeff Merkley is a remarkable man.
As for FEMA transferring ICE the money… truly despicable act in my eyes. Explain to me how these idiots can spends trillions on wars, on illegal Ice agents. immigration acts of violence and barely a penny toward helping the people suffering in the U.S. who are suffering from Mother Nature traumas/acts which have made them homeless, jobless, hungry, etc??? Something sure isn’t right here all. Our government sure is working half as* backwards.
I’m all for the clean environment act too. He needs to get the dumb ones in office to stop calling it fake news and start doing something to help it and put back into effect all of the reversals tRump has done since he’s been office.
Makes sense for me about the military vets who were trained in medical. while in service, should be able to carry that with them when they get out. No different that on the job training other companies do. Plus be respected and taken care of after they get out too. Not treated like trash.
bEtsy dEvos isn’t a person liked by anyone in the school system.
    Thanks TomCat

  5. Yes, Jeff certainly is different. He’s a man with great ideas and knows how to translate them into good ads. He could do with a little more of Obama/Kennedy charisma, but that’s a personality trait that you’ve either got or you don’t, but Jeff has more than enough traits to make up for that, such as integrity. What are his plans for 2020?

  6. WOW Jeff has restored my faith in humanity, what a great guy!!!

You’re lucky to have him, i would volunteer for him too!

  7. Enough is Enough: But, wait a minute Jeff, if one’s agenda is to establish an elitist, white supremacy in the country, wouldn’t $10,000,000 go a long way to build places in which to house your political enemies?
Mission 100: Dumpy’s “…affordable clean energy rule.”  Yeah, just borrow a page out of G.W. Bush’s “Project Blue Sky,” wherein the object was to enrich the fossil fuel companies, while leaving the next generation asking “Mommy, Daddy, what’s a blue sky?”  I will come back to this, and submit a comment about to Dumpy, but he will never know about it, and if he did he’s ignore mine, and millions like it.  He does not give a damn, simple.
Docs-to Doctors: Good idea…dead in this administration.  Vote your asses off!
Fly Smart Act: Bi-partisan, or not, do not hold your breath.  If we take control of congress? maybe.
“The Protecting Students from Worthless Degrees Act:”:   “Ticket to the middle class?”  Do they mean that middle class that the GOPIGGIES have been working so assiduously to erase?  That one?  de Vos is a smiling, lying, snake in human guise, just like her brother!  Jeff has so many good ideas, but, I’m afraid, they will not go anywhere in the current political situation.  How many votes does it take to override a presidential veto? A two thirds vote in BOTH house and senate.  What are the odds?

  9. VOTE BLUE NO MATTER WHO!!!

  10. Just a reminder and to confirm how evil Betsy DeVos is – here is a reprise of her quote:

  11. This is a generalisation, but one thing that I have long maintained, based on observance over decades, is that the US capitalism system is based solely on money . . . how much and how fast can it accumulate . . . most often to the detriment of people.  Thankfully, Jeff, a real gem, promotes the people side by targeting Diaper Don’s dirty environment policies; by highlighting DD’s movement of $10 million from the FEMA budget in hurricane season no less to expand prison camps in the US; exposing Barf Bag Betsy’s “education” policies; by looking at wait times for vet health care (geeze, didn’t DD just show his ignorance when he lambasted Canada for wait times in healthcare) and proposing a solution (where’s Patch Adams and his like when the country needs them?); and by promoting the stewardship of tax dollars utilised by congress critters.

Jeff Merkley = putting concern for people (before money) back in government!

Essentially, isn’t that what Diaper Don proposed during his campaign?  Boy did his supporters ever get scammed big time!

  12. Thanks and pooped hugs! 23
