It’s that time of week again, so here are two fine video clips from Bill’s show last night. Enjoy!
Monologue: Threat Level Orange
If I had to guess the one that has not called Trump an idiot is Pence. He doesn’t have the balls.
In truth, I’ve never been a fan, but he seems more likeable in person.
The channel released only these two clips this week, so I substituted a New Rule from Aug 3.
We need to remember, who the boss is. This is one of Bill’s best.

Bill – Monologue – Bill’s right – even the base that loves Trump hates Trump. What they love is an imaginaryTrump that have made up and now believe is real. An icon. An avatar. An idol.
Jim Carrey – He is also quite the artist – they do show some, but there are more. Jim’s probably more likeable in person because his comedic style lends itself to playing characters who are less than likeable. It has to do with “playing warm” and “playing cold,” my director-professor-boss used to explain.
New Rule – Nothing to add. Yes, it was good.

Active Measures – Funny, I never thought of the Cosa Nostra being a franchisor, much less Russia. But that’s what it is, isn’t it. Dangerous to be a franchisee, but then, one doesn’t actually choose it – THEY choose the stooges. And you gotta wonder if there is ANY REpublican in Congress who isn’t one. I’d bet cash money they’ve all taken money from the NRA, which we now know is a Russian agent.

Jim Carrey — I’ve seen some of his movies but I have never seen him in a live performance. He’s a Canadian export and so far no tariffs! But what he said about Canadian health care is spot on.
