I’m about to leave for my doctor appointment.  I’ll publish this when I return this afternoon, so I can tell you what Ellie, Megan’s PA, will have said and done.  Hugs!  RESIST!!

Ellie prescribed me an antibiotic (amoxicillin and clavulanic acid), prednisone, and Oxycodone.  I hope that, in a few days, I’m feeling feline again.

Jig Zone Puzzle:

Today’s took me 4:02 (average 4:54).  To do it, click here.  How did you do?

  1. 4:24  Where are the movies?

We are all hoping for you to feel better very, very soon!

Cartoon – Yes, well, most of them.  Certainly a larger percentage than are sane today.

  2. Hope this round does the trick!

Not sure if I forgot (very possible), or if you didn't mention – but what antibiotic were you on the first round?

(And don't let Limbaugh know about your stash of OCs – he'll be wanting you to share!  After all, that's how they got their other common street name of "Rushbos")

  3. Puzzle — 3:45  The harbour at Cannes is very picturesque as are all of the French Mediterranean ports.  I particularly like Marseille with its Notre Dame de La Garde cathedral on a hill overlooking the entrance and protecting all sailors who enter and leave.

Cartoon — And 20 January 2010 Congress stopped all regular and constructive sessions!

    Resist and Persist!!!

Well here's to hoping you're feeling feline in a few days.  At least this time you are not as low as you were originally so the recovery should be faster, however don't over do it!  Don't try going out toming on the back fence in the rain to prove you're like your old self!  Rest and stay hydrated.

  4. Glad that you got to and from your med appointment all right.

Best to you, as you start taking your meds, and you start feeling better a little as time goes by.
Take good care, get your rest, and relax!!

    Thanks, Tom.

    *This just in:

The United States launched dozens of cruise missiles Thursday night at a Syrian airfield in response to what it believes was the Syrian government's use of banned chemical weapons blamed for having killed at least 100 people on Tuesday, U.S. military officials told NBC News.

  5. You must be glad that your trip to the locum was worth your while and gave you the repeat prescription you were looking for, TomCat. I hope this batch will do the trick and gets rid of all the bugs that have been pestering you for far too long. Best to take it easy for a few days more after you start to perk up again to avoid any new relapses.

Cartoon: Congress then was trying to build a new country, not destroy it.

  6. With your new set of medications "regimen", you should feel much better soon.

Cartoon: When is Congress ever in session…?

  7. For the last 4 years, at least, Congress has been holding "Irregular" sessions, especially the one on 4/7/17!
