Well, you can tell that the world is dysfunctioning in a Fuhrer Drumpfenfarten way, when even the Ellipsoid Orb takes a dump on us before withdrawing its Holy light for the season. At my appointment today, Megan asked how I am, and I reminded her I'm a political blogger. She said she understood and asked if I need antidepressants. The visit was routine, and she was most pleased about my cancer being in remission. I'm totally pooped, and I hear my pillow calling.

Can't say as I'd be surprised!
Apparently Drumpfenfarten was so disgusted by the score that he left the Super Bowl party he was hosting after the 3rd quarter. This is almost as good as the Patriots losing.
Jerry, I knew when I saw the replay that it wasn't a touchdown. As much as I'd like to say it was rigged, it's not the first time a game has turned on a bad call.

I am very glad that your doctor's visit went well. If you think they will help, I hope you will avail yourself of anti depressants. If so, don't forget they have a half life of about 2-3 weeks. I know for me, they make a difference. I finished clearing out mum's room this afternoon and was keenly aware that as I shut the light off and closed the door, another chapter in life was complete. On top of that, we have had some snow storms with more tonight and Wednesday. There have been whiteouts in the Valley. I have about 20 cm (8 inches) of snow on the roof. Some of the roads going up steep hills or mountain sides have been closed by police because they are too dangerous. It took me 2 hours to go from mother's place to my home today. Normally, that is a 45 minute trip at most. The snowfall on Saturday/Sunday broke records in many places, some at least 80 years old. So who says climate change does not exist?!
Lynn, when Megan offered me anti-depressants, she was doing so in jest.
Just another example of how close satire and reality are running these days.
I like the sound of Megan! A good sense of humour keeps us all going, doesn't it!
It 's wonderful to hear that you found such an understanding and caring General Physician in Megan, TomCat. Too bad the trips to and fro, and perhaps the waiting time, are such a bother. I hope you got your medical mayhem sorted for the next months.
