It's been too long since I've been able to dedicate an entire article to Samantha Bee, but she has returned and is jumping on the Fuhrer and its Reich in a way that only she can. She is holding onto a title a Republican gave her last season and has given the first Thunder award. Please Pardon my abbreviation.

Bee#1: I am so glad NC is finally going to be rid of McCrory. He has been a horrible governor for them.
The Big Lie: She got it! The Republicans have been telling lies to promote themselves as long as I have been voting, but they are worse now, thanks to the right wing media that report lies as truth and encourage fear and hatred.
Bee#3: Jake Tapper is currently the only host on CNN that I can stand. Glad she gave him the reward.

Drumpf has already nailed Bee as not funny, and I believe it was Drumpf that said she should go back to Canada where she belongs. There is no doubt in my mind that she is funny and spot on.

Eroding Electoral Confidence: There's nothing better to regain a (little bit of) confidence in the system than the defeat of McCrory in North Carolina. He has tried every trick in the GOP manual on how to cheat in an election to win this race, but to no avail. I wouldn't put it past him that he contested the outcome in 50 counties because he was quite sure that he'd done enough fixing in those to secure his victory. Either those counties were onto him and undid what he had put in place there to guarantee a win, or the people of NC were really, really sick of him and voted against him en masse.
The Big Lie: Of course Drumpf's vote lies are straight out of the GOP manual too and Sam takes us back to the time the mother of all these lies originated all those decades ago. Even then the Republicans knew that they could only win if voter turnout was low, and especially so if they could influence which voters could get to the polls (Republicans) and which could not (every one else). So if Republicans don't get the popular vote despite all "precautions" that were taken, blame them on nonexistent voter fraud like Drumpf and McCrory do. It's a pity that she doesn't show some research on the few instances of voter fraud that did happen, the majority of which was perpetrated by Republicans.
Nice new trophy there, Sam. Let's hope the media will turn out winner after winner of this trophy for you. Because that would mean they are all resisting the BS not-the-popular-vote president and his Wall Street cabinet!
