A Job Offer for Casebolt

Of course Eric Casebolt is the notorious racist officer, who was forced to resign his post in McKinney, TX.  He has already received a job offer from an organization that is attempting to set up a Republican style enclave in ND.  It looks like he’ll fit right in there.

A white supremacist is trying to raise money in another attempt to fulfill his dream of establishing a racist enclave in a remote North Dakota town.

Craig Cobb’s last attempt ended in disaster after residents of Leith, where he had bought 12 lots in 2012, chased him and his followers out of town.

The 63-year-old Cobb was jailed for about five months on felony terrorizing and menacing charges after he led gun-toting white nationalists through the tiny town he had hoped to convert into a whites-only enclave…

…But now he hopes to set up an Indiegogo fundraiser to help him come up with about $70,000 to buy property in Antler, a tiny town about one mile from the Canadian border and about 17 miles from his current home in Sherwood, reported the Grand Forks Herald

…His followers set up a Facebook group [Republican Hate Group delinked] for Cobb’s latest effort that encourages anyone seeking freedom of speech and freedom from genetically modified organisms to join them in rural North Dakota.

The page has numerous posts about black criminal suspects in cases involving white victims and at least a half dozen on Rachel Dolezal, a white woman who posed as black and was elected president of the Spokane, Washington, chapter of the NAACP.

Another post extends an invitation [Republican Hate Group delinked] to Eric Casebolt, the former McKinney, Texas, police officer seen on video attacking a black teenage girl and chasing boys at gunpoint…

It is with sadness that I note that Cobb is a Canadian Import, so I have a wonderful plan.  Let Canada take back Cobb, “Uranus Inspector” Cruz, and Tar Sands oil.  We’ll keep the Canadian we love: our resident Sasquatch, Lynn.

  1. When I saw the title and the first sentence, my response was, "PLEASE tell me this is from the Onion."  But of course it isn't.  Craig Cobb is a real piece of work.  Do his followers, does Casebolt, know his DNA is 14% African?  (In an aside, has Rachel Dolezal ever had her DNA analyzed I wonder?)

Of course when places are this small it's hard to draw conclusions, since one birth or one death can disrupt the balance – but Antler (pop. 27) is a bigger town than Leith (pop 16)  [All figures from 2010 census]  If he couldn't win over Leith, how does he expect to win over Antler?

    • The former was through moving in with travel trailers and intimidating.  Antler, he's trying to buy.

    • Just because it's a hick town doesn't mean people don't have brains

      • I certainly was not implying no brains – quite the reverse.  My point was if it only took 16 to get him thrown in the pokey in Leith, I would think 27 people would find it even easier to bring him down.

  2. Too bad it’s not from The Onion, Joanne! It figures that they would send an invite to Casebolt! He’ll fit right in in their little slice of “heaven” and we won’t miss them a BIT! Too bad they want to take over a pre-existing town. I just wonder if the people already there know what he’s up to this time?

  3. The awful truth is that he will probably get enough donations on his Indigogo fundraiser to buy the property.  There are a lot of racists out there.

    • Isn't that the platform that promised no more racist fundraisers after the Ferguson cop one?

  4. Wasn't it Indigogo fundraising that is to be the centre of an investigation on raising funds and then the principal fundraiser absconding with the funds without doing what the fund was for?  Maybe the SEC will shut this one down.

As to Cobb being a Canadian import, you took him, you keep him!  Same goes for Cruz!  As totarsands oil, it should be left in the ground.

    • I don't know.

I'll agree on the tar sludge, both Cobb and Uranus Inspetor were foisted upon us in a most conspiratorial manner.

  5. TY TC – sorry, up to my ears this week!

  6. If nothing else, Cobb has learned one valuable lesson last time: terrorizing and menacing isn't taken lightly in North Dakota, so he found himself a little town to try and intimidate all of its residents out of which is only 1 mile from the border with his homeland Canada. If he keeps fit, he could make that border running from either the cops who have orders to arrest him again (they won't do it on their own account, I suppose), or from the townspeople of Antler. But age seems to be creeping up on him and for his plan B getaway plan he apparently needs a horse an won't settle down in Antler until it changes the law and allows horses back in town. Just like in them good old days. When they do settle down there, Casebold will be appointed sheriff and allowed to pistol whip people into agreeing with Cobb. Not shoot them, I recon, unless the current residents of Antler are black, of course.

  7. Cobb will never learn his lesson. Sadly, Lynn is right. We took him and we have to keep him unless he commits a crime which is punishable by deportation.

  8. Small town folks can be pretty bright even if town has the title "hick."  And I think this may be the fundraising platform that took down the one for the Ferguson cop as violating their terms of service/
