Iβm writing for tomorrow, day 77. After two days of oversleeping, my schedule is discombobulated, and I feel lethargic. Since it is also a dead-slow news day, I cooked a pot of my infamous chili this morning, and Iβm going to dedicate the day to sleep and air pollution.
Jig Zone Puzzle:
Todayβs took me 3:28 (average 5:19). To do it, click here. How did you do?
Good night!

Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.
3:16 ~ I was as tenacious as that little fern.
3:50 I was more like the brick wall.
3:49 I love ferns but they can be persistent when you don't want them where they are!
Mashed!

Be lazy. You deserve it. Day 77 ~ Wow! Keep up the good work. Yes. It is work to stop smoking.
Thanks Patty! It sure is!
Heading up to Illinois (through thunderstorms, which will make the cat even wilder than usual) to take Mom on tours of the four Assisted Living facilities we've narrower it down to. Plus the usual shopping, errands & cooking.
So my dance-card is pretty full.
Nameless, please give scritches to your cat and a big Canadian "Hi Mom" to your mother from the 4 of us . . . Primo, Winnie, Annie and me. Hope your mom is doing well. She has a pretty terriffic son in my estimation!
Have a great trip Nameless. Make sure her place is TEAbuggery free!!
6:05 I'm dragging too this morning.
You look so adorable in that photo! Keep the doors locked, people are going to want to hug you and that would interfere with your sleep!
As a recovered smoker myself, I can authoritatively say that quitting is not JUST work, it is a full time job. And non-smokers think it is a temp gig, but boy, it feels permanent (and at the very least is longer than you thought the contract said.)
Care2 did have an article on how to cut your carbon footprint in half by adjusting your diet. I didn't read it either. π
PS Good luck to Nameless. Sounds like another full time job.
I agree with you that stop smoking is a full time job. I smoked for 1 month back in 1974-75 but didn't inhale so I really wasn't a smoker when I quit. But losing weight is the same type of problem. You might lose some weight but keeping it off is another matter. And you have to eat to sustain yourself so there are always complications.
Thanks. Not an hour passes that I don't want to quit quitting.
You stole another pic of Oreo, that is his favorite occupation, sleeping, when he is not lusting after the birds in the back yard. Keep resting and enjoy your chili
Birds arent lust! They're lunch!!
The chili cured the letharhy. Everyone withon 50' became much less lethargic!! π
