Yesterday was a zoo. I was already tired from laundry night. I ran some errands in the morning, and learned that I will get my teeth on Thursday. I did my online grocery shopping for the month and have crunchy food coming! Then I found an emergency notice to upgrade my blog software. It did not go as planned, and by the time I had that mess straightened out, it was well past my bedtime. No sooner was I asleep than “missionaries” ignored my do not disturb sign and woke me up. I pretended to be gay and want them. They ran. I could not get back to sleep until I got up to do research. Then I dozed for two hours at my keyboard, so I am running way late, am tired and hungry, and cannot eat for hours because of blood tests. Normally, I would answer comments individually and sleep later, but I cannot, because I have to be out early for medical appointments, so I just posted a generic thank you in all threads. I apologize. I have only this and one other article today.

We should all be very encouraged by the election results last night in both California and particularly Wisconsin — of the six faux-Demcratic candidates, all were defeated, most by 65% – 70% of the electorate. The actual election is August 9 (less than a month away) and I don’t see this revolt growing any weaker during that time. The tactics used the Wisconsin GOP would make Carl Rove proud — the new GOP motto needs to be “How low can you go?”

Let’s hope that all these red districts are going to turn blue as the weeks and month go on and the Repubs keep holding the big 3 (SS, Medicare and Medicaid) over people’s heads and the fact that they all voted for the Paul Ryan budget from hell. Scott Walker and his cohorts are going to lose this election and lose it big. And he will be recalled in January, no doubt – he’s running scared right now – trying anything to get through his Repub Senate and he won’t get it. That’s what happens when you take away worker’s rights. 🙄
