The first is about how the Republican walkout was a staged event, planned weeks in advance, with Boehner’s approval. The second is about Clarence “Teabuggery” Thomas and a new bill proposed to bring the SCOTUS, aka the Extreme Court, under the same ethical constraints as other federal judges.

No Medicare Cuts PERIOD! I believe Republicans will cave to protect their owners, the Banksters. Baucus and every other godforsaken DINO that proposes Medicare cuts must face a primary challenge. The “big tent” has become too bug when it includes selling out America. It’s time to shrink the tent.

Note that Judge Thomas Porteous was impeached and removed for less than what Thomas has done. Support the bill to hold Supreme Court Justices to the same ethical standards as other federal justices.

Thomas was not qualified from the beginning –whether or not there are written ethical standards for the SCOTUS , Thomas certainly should be aware there are ethics , and his behavior violates any ethical standards. followed by any professionals .He is not now nor has he ever been qualified for his position.

I cannot believe that there are no code of ethics for the Supreme Court. Every other court has them and even the Lawyers’ Association has them (although very loosely defined). Accountants in every state have had their licenses revoked for lesser offenses. I take that oath very seriously and for the SCOTUS not to have a code of ethics is ridiculous.
