I’m running a bit behind today, partially because I’m tired and sore after physical therapy yesterday, but mostly because, I was getting the SCOTUS story out and the links distributed. I’m pleased that I beat most of the big boys. I’m current with replies. Tomorrow I may be brief and late, because I have a number of errands to run that I can only do on a weekday in June.
Jig Zone Puzzle: Today’s took me 3:55 (average 5:00). To do it, click here. How did you do?

From MoveOn: What Do Firefighters And Paramedics Make?

Rmoney says we haven’t learned the lesson of Wisconsin and should fire them, because we need less of these. Obama says we need more. Who do you believe?
From NY Times: Justice Ginsburg is the eldest member of a court that includes four justices in their 70s, making it among the oldest courts since the New Deal era. Its decisions during this historic “flood season,” as Justice Ginsburg described the end-of-term rush, are likely to make the panel — and the tenure of some of the justices — a significant issue in the presidential campaign.
Imagine, if you will, replacing Ginsburg with a Scalia clone like Thomas or Scalito.

Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.

4:19 Looks like you have the benefit of the one-minute rule today…although Patty's been known to come in under one minute regularly also.
She is often a Jig Zone wrecking machine! 😉
Surely there's some feline photo in this hilarious LOL Cats take-off on Affordable Care "Cat" Upheld that you can use:

Purrrrrfect!
MoveOn — Excellent reply to a rather rude question. It is all in the context!
NY Times — After reading that Thurgood Marshall was stupidly replaced by Clarence Thomas, and knowing that the Senate is a pit of filibustering obstructionist vipers, I'm not holding out much luck that Mr Obama will get a reasonable person. I find that the activist actions of the 4.5 Injustices, and their collusion with the Republican/Teabaggers (if they were colluding with Democrats, I'd have the same problem!) reprehensible and most definitely worthy of impeachment. I believe that Scalia is losing his marbles — he seems to be all over the place in his decisions, and then this 'blog like post' a few days ago. Yowser! Funny farm, here he comes (I hope!)
Firefox and Collusion — Scary stuff. I've had a coule of e-mails about this recently from Pat.
Cartoon — Is that Rmoney's new house with the car elevator? Glad to see it burns just like anyone else's residence. And such a pity that there weren't any firefighters to help him! Poor little rich boy! He'll probably write it off his taxes anyway.
Amen.
Obama will get someone far more reasonable than Romney would.
That's where I got it too.
Nope. That's our houses if he gets in.
