A day after the United Nations General Assembly voted overwhelmingly to upgrade the status of the Palestinians, a senior Israeli official said the government would pursue “preliminary zoning and planning preparations” for a development that would separate the West Bank cities of Ramallah and Bethlehem from Jerusalem. If such a project were to go beyond blueprints, it could prevent the creation of a viable, contiguous Palestinian state.
What stronger indication could there be that the intent of the Netanyahu government is to default on their treaty obligations and pursue a one state solution?
From Washington Post: Details of Obama’s opening bid leaked Thursday, and the president drove home its central message at a campaign-like rally in Pennsylvania Frida: He’s refusing to budge on top tax rates for the wealthiest Americans, and he’s refusing to make significant preemptive concessions to Republicans. Republicans have spent the last 24 hours or so howling in protest.
“It’s not acceptable to me, and I don’t think it’s acceptable to you, for just a handful of Republicans in Congress to hold middle-class tax cuts hostage simply because they don’t want tax rates on upper-income folks to go up,” Obama said outside a toy factory in Hatfield, Pa.

I recall the poignant and wistful photo of Pres. Obama as he sat in the actual bus at the Henry Ford Museum where Rosa Parks took a stand by not taking a seat.

MoveOn — I was sitting here looking at Graham's face and thinking "What an ass!" Then it struck me, look at his chin in this picture, it looks like a fat ass! LOL especially when it appears that today's theme is 'asses'.
NY Times — And they say that the Palestinians and Hamas have not bargained in good faith and keep breaking the 'peace'! This shows me that Netanyahu is out to extinguish the Palestinian people. He keeps taking provocative action. Netanyahu is acting like a spoiled Republican/Teabagger. I heard today that Netanyahu called and thanked the Rt Honourable PM Twit aka Harper for voting against the UN measure. Apparently, Baird, one of the harlots, has called back the ambassadors to Switzerland, the West Bank, Israel and the UN for discussions. And it was also announced that the current aid funding to the Palestinians, which amounts to about $350 million, is being reviewed. This does not bode well! What a bunch of jack asses!
