The Senators who voted against moving to debate on the bill were: Sens. <strong><font color=\"#ff0000\">Ted Cruz (R-TX), Mike Lee (R-UT), Tim Scott (R-SC), Marco Rubio (R-FL), Mike Johanns (R-NE), Rand Paul (R-KY), Pat Roberts (R-KS), and James Risch (R-ID)<\/font><\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>VAWA\u2019s reauthorization has been caught up in <a href=\"http:\/\/thinkprogress.org\/health\/2012\/12\/11\/1316461\/gop-vawa-native-american-women\/\" target=\"_blank\">partisan gridlock<\/a> over added provisions that would protect undocumented immigrants, as well as LGBT and Native American victims of domestic violence.
