The year is almost done, and I\u2019m still down.  I\u2019m current with replies.  Today is a holy day in the Church od the Ellipsoid Orb, and my Broncos\u2019 meditation with the Chiefs will be televised here.  I hope I\u2019m awake to watch.  It\u2019s also the final game in our fantasy football league.  We\u2019ll see about tomorrow.<\/font><\/p>\n

From The New Yorker<\/a>: <\/font>The international terror group known as Al Qaeda announced its dissolution today, saying that \u201cour mission of destroying the American economy is now in the capable hands of the U.S. Congress.\u201d<\/p>\n

In an official statement published on the group\u2019s website, the current leader of Al Qaeda said that Congress\u2019s conduct during the so-called \u201cfiscal-cliff\u201d showdown convinced the terrorists that they had been outdone.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve been working overtime trying to come up with ways to terrorize the American people and wreck their economy,\u201d said the statement from Al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri. \u201cBut even we couldn\u2019t come up with something like this.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Republican Party is so out of touch with reality that they have two choices: change or go extinct. I don’t think they are willing to change.  Sadly the latter will take time.<\/font><\/p>\n
