John McCain said today in a hands-across-the-aisle floor speech. <\/p>\n<p>McCain, the GOP&#8217;s 2008 presidential pick, trashed a report from The Center For Security Policy [hate mongers delinked] that pegged Abedin (pictured right) as trying to influence U.S. foreign policy in favor of the extremist group.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-right-width: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; float: right; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"Bachmann_Cake\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Bachmann_Cake\" align=\"right\" src=\"https:\/\/www.7thstep.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Bachmann_Cake.jpg\" width=\"343\" height=\"307\" \/>\u201cTo say that the accusations [are] not substantiated by the evidence they offer is to be overly polite and diplomatic about it. It is far better, and more accurate, to talk straight: These allegations about Huma, and the report from which they are drawn, are nothing less than an unwarranted and unfounded attack on an honorable citizen, a dedicated American, and a loyal public servant,&quot;
