{"id":8280,"date":"2012-07-06T11:26:18","date_gmt":"2012-07-06T18:26:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.politicsplus.org\/blog\/?p=8280"},"modified":"2012-07-06T11:39:33","modified_gmt":"2012-07-06T18:39:33","slug":"republican-obstruction-is-still-working","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.politicsplus.org\/blog\/2012\/07\/06\/republican-obstruction-is-still-working\/","title":{"rendered":"Republican Obstruction is Still Working"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">This morning&rsquo;s weak jobs numbers indicate that the plan Republicans implemented the day Obama took office is at least partially successful.&nbsp; That plan is to sabotage the US economy by saying NO to anything that might benefit the American People.&nbsp; In spite of their best efforts, we are gradually improving, but they have slowed down the pace of recovery from the Republican recession<\/font><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.7thstep.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/6bikini.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"6bikini\" border=\"0\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.7thstep.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/6bikini_thumb.jpg\" style=\"background-image: none; border-right-width: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; margin-left: auto; border-left-width: 0px; margin-right: auto; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"6bikini\" width=\"602\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>U.S. employers added only 80,000 jobs in June, a third straight month of weak hiring that shows the economy is struggling three years after the recession ended.<\/p>\n<p>The Labor Department said Friday that the unemployment rate was unchanged at 8.2 percent.<\/p>\n<p>The economy has added just 75,000 jobs a month in the April-June quarter. That&#39;s one-third of 226,000 a month created in the first quarter.
