I\u2019m running a bit behind today, partially because I\u2019m tired and sore after physical therapy yesterday, but mostly because, I was getting the SCOTUS story out and the links distributed.  I\u2019m pleased that I beat most of the big boys.  I\u2019m current with replies.  Tomorrow I may be brief and late, because I have a number of errands to run that I can only do on a weekday in June.<\/font><\/p>\n

Its decisions during this historic \u201cflood season,\u201d as Justice Ginsburg described the end-of-term rush, are likely to make the panel \u2014 and the tenure of some of the justices \u2014 a significant issue in the presidential campaign.<\/p>\n
