Way back when GW Bush was in the White House, I coined a nickname for Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell (R-KY).  Since then he has lived up to Bought Bitch Mitch<\/strong><\/em>, by demonstrating that he belongs to any criminal corporation or billionaire, no matter how vile, who will buy him and his fellow Republicans.  Therefore it should be no surprise that he is a Koch Sucker extraordinaire.<\/font><\/p>\n

\"BoughtBitch\"Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell on Friday blasted President Barack Obama for joining in liberal attacks against conservative billionaires Charles and David Koch.<\/p>\n

In a speech at the American Enterprise Institute, the Kentucky Republican accused Obama\u2019s reelection campaign of employing tactics not seen since the Nixon administration. Part of that, he said, is an \u201cenemies list\u201d and efforts to demonize private citizens like the Koch brothers.<\/p>\n

\u201cCharles and David Koch have become household names, not for the tens of thousands of people they employ, not for their generosity to charity, and not for building up one of the most successful private corporations on the planet, but because of their forceful and unapologetic promotion and defense of capitalism,\u201d McConnell said, according to prepared remarks.<\/p>\n

The Senate minority leader said the president has wrongly accused big conservative donors like the Koch brothers of a \u201ccorporate takeover of our democracy.\u201d<\/strong>\u2026 [emphasis added<\/u><\/em>]<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Disclose act is a political weapon, because it would return to the American people the right to criticize and boycott companies and billionaires who support politicians whose policies are harmful to us.  Allowing them anonymity robs us of our only defense against their ability to drown out our speech through the sheer volume of their messages.  Furthermore it deprives voters of the right to know who owns which Republican.<\/font><\/p>\n
