Yesterday was a very long day.  I went to the prison for the CoDA meeting we have there, and we have a dozen regular attendees.  These guys are giving up their recreational time to learn to be the kind of people that will be productive and stop being a threat to the safety of their communities.  No words of praise I can use are sufficient to describe my pride in them.  I can\u2019t reveal anything anyone else discussed in the meeting, but I talked about the importance of learning to say no, and how that ties into allowing ourselves to be ourselves and not to try to live up to what others want us to be, especially not to ignore our own needs to fulfill the wants of others.  I returned home late, and need to rest, so this is today\u2019s only article.  Tomorrow, I\u2019m back at the prison for a victims\u2019 impact meeting with around forty of my guys, and will be home late again, so articles tomorrow and Friday will depend on how I feel, but please don\u2019t expect much.<\/font><\/p>\n
