One of my criticism\u2019s of Barack Obama is that, although he has critiqued them, he has actually done nothing to oppose the extreme right government of Israel.  To the contrary, he has given Hillary Clinton her head in blocking UN resolutions against Netanyahu’s repression of the Palestinian people in violation of the Oslo Accords.  Most recently, the US withdrew funding for UNESCO, because they voted overwhelmingly to allow Palestine to join that body.  Look at Netanyahu\u2019s gratitude for this support.<\/font><\/p>\n

\"4Netanyahu\"<\/a>The Freedom Federation is set to hold Awakening 2012 in Orlando, Florida, next year, and according to the schedule, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is confirmed to address the right-wing rally via video feed [hate group delinked].<\/p>\n

The Freedom Federation includes the country\u2019s leading Religious Right groups: Liberty Counsel<\/a>, Eagle Forum<\/a>, Exodus International<\/a>, Family Research Council<\/a>, American Family Association<\/a>, Concerned Women for America<\/a>, WallBuilders<\/a>, Vision America<\/a>, High Impact Leadership Coalition<\/a>, Traditional Values Coalition<\/a>, American Values<\/a> and Americans for Prosperity<\/strong><\/a>. The Freedom Federation also includes fringe groups closely associated with the New Apostolic Reformation<\/a>, including Cindy Jacobs\u2019 Generals International<\/a>, Lou Engle\u2019s The Call<\/a>, Rick Joyner\u2019s MorningStar Ministries<\/a> and Che Ahn\u2019s Harvest International Ministries<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Last year\u2019s Awakening 2011 [Hate group delinked] at Liberty University\u2019s Thomas Road Baptist Church featured speeches from leading Republicans including Newt Gingrich, Michele Bachmann and Mike Huckabee, as well as talks from far-right extremists like Janet Porter<\/a>, Ryan Sorba<\/a>, Greg Quinlan<\/a>, Matt Barber<\/a>, Rick Joyner<\/a>, Rick Scarborough<\/a>, Judith Reisman<\/a> and Frank Gaffney<\/a>, among others.<\/p>\n

Confirmed speakers for Awakening 2012 already include Liberty Counsel\u2019s Staver, who said that Obama made the U.S. \u201cone of the world\u2019s immoral leaders<\/a>\u201d for opposing the criminalization of homosexuality; LC\u2019s Barber, who has called President Obama \u201canti-God<\/a>\u201d; Engle, who used one of his The Call prayer rallies to defend Uganda\u2019s \u201ckill the gays\u201d bill<\/a>; Quinlan, the prominent ex-gay leader<\/a>; John Stemberger, a Florida anti-gay and anti-Muslim<\/a> activist; and Gaffney, the conspiracy theorist who has claimed that Obama is a secret Muslim<\/a>\u2026 [emphasis added<\/em>]<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

I don\u2019t think I\u2019ve ever embedded a segment with so many links before, making it a virtual Who\u2019s Who<\/em> directory of Republican Supply-side pseudo-Christian hate groups and hate mongers.  And these groups have one thing in common.  They all hate Barack Obama and express it regularly.<\/font><\/p>\n

For Netanyahu to take part in such an event after all the money and political cover he has received from this administration, albeit to my great dismay, is a slap in the face, a diplomatic insult of most extreme proportion.<\/font><\/p>\n
