When he won Teddy Kennedy\u2019s Senate seat, much to the surprise of everyone, Scott Brown hung out the \u201cfor sale\u201d sign as soon as he got to Washington.  He became the Bankster\u2019s boy and now sits on a pile of $10 million Bankster bucks to finance his next campaign.  In the other corner, we may have Elizabeth Warren, a feisty champion for Main Street Americans, with the knowledge and integrity to challenge Wall Street, if she can win the Democratic primary.  Yesterday she made it official.<\/font><\/p>\n

\"15warren\"Elizabeth Warren announced<\/a> her candidacy for the United States Senate on Wednesday morning, then plunged right into street-level politics<\/strong>, arriving at a train stop here shortly after sunrise to greet potential voters at the outset of what promises to be a long and heated race. <\/p>\n

Ms. Warren, a Harvard professor and consumer advocate whose attacks on Wall Street have won her a national fan base<\/strong>, must first compete in a crowded Democratic primary contest that will not take place until next September. Should she win that race, she will go on to oppose Senator Scott P. Brown, a popular Republican incumbent whose seat Democrats consider a crucial target if they are to keep control of the Senate after 2012. <\/p>\n
