The outrage ignited by the Court\u2019s ruling in <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.yesmagazine.org\/people-power\/whose-rights\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-style: italic\">Citizens United v. Federal Elections Commission<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: black\"> extends to President Obama, who has promised that repairing the damage will be a priority for his administration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: georgia; color: black; font-size: 9.75pt\">But what can be done to limit or reverse the effect of the Court\u2019s decision?
