But whatever.)<\/p>\n<p>None of us is completely immune to the belief that &#8220;Everyone thinks exactly the way I do.&#8221; In people who value the truth and facts, it sometimes presents as &#8220;Everyone knows exactly what I know.&#8221; None of this is accurate. <a href=\"https:\/\/presswatchers.org\/2024\/04\/every-report-on-trumps-trial-requires-this-basic-explanation-of-the-charges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">This article<\/a> may give you an idea just how inaccurate it is. It really cannot be repeated too often.<\/p>\n<p>This may be just me &#8230; but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cpr.org\/2024\/04\/16\/scammers-stole-almost-200-million-from-coloradans-in-2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this article<\/a> starts with the statistic &#8220;Internet scammers targeted more than 10,000 Coloradans last year, stealing a total of $187,621,731.&#8221; I immediately thought, that averages out to almost $19,000 per victim. Who are these people (who can come up with that kind of money to lose)?
