Unfortunately, he changed his mind.&#160; He has assumed a victim stance.&#160; If he thinks that will fly, he\u2019s been feasting on his own bull.&#160; The FBI has opened a criminal investigation, and a very shady connection with The US Chamber has surfaced.<\/font><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-right-width: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; float: left; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"15MurdochHat\" border=\"0\" alt=\"15MurdochHat\" align=\"left\" src=\"https:\/\/www.7thstep.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/15MurdochHat.jpg\" width=\"360\" height=\"295\" \/>In response to requests from members of Congress and to at least one news report, the FBI in New York opened a preliminary inquiry on Thursday into allegations that News Corp. journalists sought to gain access to the phone records of victims of the Sept. 11 attacks, according to several people briefed on the matter.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation is in its earliest stages, two of the people said, and its scope is not yet clear. It also is unclear whether the FBI has identified possible targets of the investigation or possible specific criminal violations.<\/p>\n<p>The inquiry was prompted in part by a letter from Rep. Peter King, a Long Island Republican, to Robert Mueller III, the FBI director, in which he asked that the bureau immediately open an investigation of News Corp., citing news reports that journalists working for its subsidiary, News of the World, had tried to obtain the phone records of Sept. 11 victims through bribery and unauthorized wiretapping, the people said\u2026 <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Inserted from &lt;<a href=\"http:\/\/seattletimes.nwsource.com\/html\/nationworld\/2015614857_fbihacking15.html\" target=\"_blank\">Seattle Times<\/a>&gt;<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">No doubt we will hear much more on this.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">Keith Olbermann covered the story in two segments, continuing, like yesterday, to get input from Michael Wolff and John Dean on <a href=\"http:\/\/current.com\/shows\/countdown\/\" target=\"_blank\">Countdown<\/a>.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" height=\"510\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/c_0n9AbdhFQ?rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"640\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">Note the nepotism.
