Leal, now 38, was provided with court-appointed lawyers after his arrest but never was informed that he could have access to Mexican consular officials, as is required under the United Nations\u2019 <a href=\"http:\/\/untreaty.un.org\/ilc\/texts\/instruments\/english\/conventions\/9_2_1963.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Vienna Convention on Consular Relations<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">Although the Constitution makes abiding by ratified treaties absolutely required, I will be shocked if SCROTUS does not favor Perry\u2019s blood-lust.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">From <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/8301-503544_162-20077207-503544.html\" target=\"_blank\">CBS<\/a>: <\/font>Democrats are launching a series of robocalls today against six vulnerable House Republicans who have been caught in ethics scandals.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the Democrats&#8217; campaign to win back the House, the robocalls focus on six relatively new GOP members: Reps. Scott Tipton of Colorado, David Rivera of Florida, Frank Guinta of New Hampshire, Charlie Bass of New Hampshire, and Stephen Fincher of Tennessee were all elected in 2010. Rep.
