The National Organization of Marriage (NOM) and the Minnesota Family Council (MFC) unsuccessfully argued against the outcome, alleging their donors could suffer intimidation at the hands of \u201chomosexual activists\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">Let\u2019s hope SCROTUS doesn\u2019t get hold of this.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">From <a href=\"http:\/\/tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com\/2010\/06\/waterloo-health-care-reform-opposition-sinking.php\" target=\"_blank\">TPM<\/a>: <\/font>A federal judge denied Boeing&#8217;s motion to dismiss a National Labor Relations Board lawsuit that charged the aerospace giant with unfairly penalizing Washington workers&#8217; collective bargaining rights by moving a new production line to South Carolina. <\/p>\n<p>Administrative Law Judge Clifford Anderson is allowing the case against Boeing to proceed to trial.
